REPAIR /MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN AND ALLIED WORKS AT 6 WG, JAFFARPORE, KANCHRAPARA, LOS DUM DUM AND BARASAT UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep, exhaust fan(300/380mm sweep), air circulator(400mm sweep) and pedestal fan(400mm sweep) by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacement of bush, bearing, capacitor as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :(i) Bush, bearing shall be measured as supply only and paid separately and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in the item.

All as per Item No.1 here-in-before but ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep exhaust fan(400/450mm sweep), air circulator(450mm sweep) and pedestal fan(450mm sweep)

M&L for painting of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid against item no 1 above)

M&L for painting of ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid against item no 2 above)

M&L for painting of exhaust fan/pedestal fan/air circulator any sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Taking down and refixing of exhaust fan/pedestal fan/air circulator shall be measured and paid against item no 1 above)

Taking down/ dismantling complete ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, capacitor housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :-(a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and re-assembling complete ceiling fan including fixing only old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and capacitor housing, capacitor, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :-(i) Ball bearing and Gun metal bush shall be measured as supply only and paid separately and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in the item (ii)Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/air circular shall be measured and paid against item no 1 above)

All as per Item No.6 here-in-before but ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep .

All as per Item No.6 here-in-before but exhaust fan of 300/380 mm sweep .

All as per Item No.6 here-in-before but exhaust fan of 400/450 mm sweep .

Removal of UNSV, S&F Exhaust fan steel body AC single phase 230 V of size 380 mm sweep with blades, frame & louvers.

Taking down the rusted down rod of ceiling fan of size (1') , S&F new down rod to any height including two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down the rusted down rod of ceiling fan of size (2') , S&F new down rod to any height including two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removal of UNSV, S&F Exhaust fan steel body AC single phase 230 V of size 450 mm sweep with blades, frame & louvers.

S &F the canopy suitable for ceiling fan of existing type & size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PVC insulated Single core 1.5 sqmm 3 core multi strand copper conductor for the connection of ceiling fan from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specefied and as directed.
