Earth work in excavation in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorums of all varieties, shingles,pebble, all type of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials, either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusivechiseling wedging etc in all conditons such as dry, moist,saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water and disposing of excavated soil for all leads and all lifts etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed by Engineer in charge Hard rock where blasting prohibited
Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundation complete.
Refilling the pipeline / foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305
Centering, shuttering including strutting propping &removal of forms for i) Foundation, Footing Bases for columns
ii) Vertical surfaces such as retainng walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like
iv) Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth
xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports
Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continious agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level a) iii)M-20 grade of concrete
vii)M-40 grade of concrete
Providing and laying in position (1 : 1½:3) reinforced cement concrete lining (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand:3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) excl cost of centering , shuttering and reinforcement, but incl waterproofing compound of approved quality with ramming and consolidating curing and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand) 6 mm thick as specified and directed by Engineer in charge etc complete incuding all lifts and leads .
Providing construction joints in canal lining with in situ sleepers in case of bed pre cast in case of sides both of size 150 X 75 mm section in cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 ( 1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size ) incl. Centering and shuttering, curing etc. complete and using bitumen and sealing compound of approved quality in joints as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing High yield strength steel (HYSD) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand)
Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge a) 110 mm dia
Providing and laying 30 mm thick Bituminious/Asphaltic concrete with 40-60 batch type HMP producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified gradings Premixed with bituminious binder at 6.5 % by weight of total mix and filler using Antistripping agent transporting the hotmix to work site with all leads and applying a tack coat @f 2.00 kg/10sq.m. with hot bitumen of 80/100 and laying with hydrostatic/hydraulic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per MORT&H specifications clause 509 and 503 a) Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content
Steel work in single sections (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only ) including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint . a) In R.S. joists,channels,angles,tees
