Design, Construction, Testing, Commissioning including Operation & Maintenance for five (5) years of Infrastructure Works of MMLP block at Phase-1 of Dharwad Industrial node at Dharwad taluk and district on turnkey basis.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer under his name should have in the last five years period 2018-19 to 2022-23. The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least one similar nature of work not less than 90% of the contract value such as formation of layouts including infrastructure works (such as roads, drains, CD works) / construction of national highway/elevated bridge/RoB as per the detailed scope of work mentioned in the relevant clauses of value not less than Rs.43997.42 Lakhs (Including 18% GST).

The Tenderer shall have satisfactorily executed and completed Bridge/Cloverleaf/Elevated bridge/RoB of minimum span of 40m of not less than 1.60km length in the last five years

The tenderer shall have executed, completed and commissioned satisfactorily 40MLD capacity water treatment plant in last five years

The tender shall have executed, completed satisfactorily the pipe line network (MS/DI/HPPE) for a minimum length of 23.50km in last five years

The tenderer shall have executed & completed satisfactorily the rigid/flexible pavements with a minimum width of 24m and minimum length of 14.50 km in last five years

Executed in any one financial year, the following minimum quantities of work (80% of the peak annual rate of construction) (Certificates of proof shall be issued from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in Government/Public Sectors/ Government Undertaking Organizations only will be considered for bid evaluation. (Quantities executed and work done certificates/work quantity certificates issued under private firms/private organizations/private individuals work shall not be considered for bid evaluation) (1) Earthwork Excavation & Embankment: 645406 Cum, (2) Cement Concrete: 212846 Cum, (3) TMT Steel Reinforcement: 10635 MT, (4) PT/HT Strands: 417 Tonne, (5) Piling: 7582 Rmtr, (6) Subgrade: 122213 Cum

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing electrical works and should have executed electrical works totaling Rs.2709.00 Lakhs (including 18% GST) in any one year in connection with clause 3.b above

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid civil license for executing water supply / sanitary works//WTP and should have executed works totaling Rs.2677.00 Lakhs (including 18% GST) in any one year ( in connection to clause 3.b above

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified critical equipment for this work and remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis the following key and critical equipment for this work in good working condition

Contractor has to submit deployment of Key personals along with deployment schedule.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity: (A x N x 1.5 - B) Where, A: Maximum value of Civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2023-24 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress, N: Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B: Value, at 2023-24 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 24 months

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer under his name should have in the last five years period 2018-19 to 2022-23. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.87994.84 Lakhs. (Civil Contract works)

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.16500.00 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for permitting the fund requirement etc, equivalent of the estimated cash flow for the months in the peak construction period)
