Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridges etc fixed with self drilling screws complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B) including distance pieces, cleats etc including steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B in framed work as in doors or gates of angle and grills of drains or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1,1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6,complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, ceilings etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.
