Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring of any size and description (Light, fan, socket, power and Bell) including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp, holder , regulators, sockets etc, removing material for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade drawn through concealed PVC conduit and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly with incl factory made modular GI/SS sheet sunken box and modular cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 2 here-in-before but point wiring for fan point.

Note : Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by Mannualy or necessary machine for inserting of GI pipe up to 50 mm dia complete all as directed and specified.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable SMC junction boxes and Supply and fix weather proof SMC junction box of outside size 300mm x 200mm x 105mm including MCB SPN, 32 Amps and MCB SP 6 Amps 01 Nos, 250 volts with cable gland etc. SMC junction box fixed on wall with 25 x 4mm new GI clamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F post top lantern GI pipe pole made of 50 mm bore "medium grade" galvanised iron pipes with base plate complete with necessory drill hole and silver colour paint over a red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as per shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I with connected to earth test point main switch board with including necessary earth work and Pre- cast RCC earth pit with cover and including dismantling/taking out of old unserviceable earthing of any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc (for cable, pole stay manhole etc), in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking up/laying cable/pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n exc. 50m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel of wire heavy duty under ground cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of 16 Sqmm 4 Core laid up trenches/duct crossing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole etc with lugs, glands and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 50 mm outer dia HDPE pipe (DWC) Double wall corrugated outer surface and smooth inner wall, ISI marked and as per IS : 16205 (part-24) or latest IS 14930 (part-II), 450N compressive strength with snap fit coupler with rubber ring for underground electrical cable protection conduits Orange colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing HDPE pipe 40mm dia conforming to IS 4984-1995 suitable for the respective working pressure PN10 with all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work, chamfers and finishing with using cement etc. for street light pole foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing hot dip galvanized Octagonal Pole of 9 meter length made of High tensile steel confirming to Galvanisation as per- IS:4759/2629 AND ASTM A123, base plate- IS-2062 and pole shaft as per - BSEN 10025, ASTM A572 with internal door openable junction box incl MCB SPN & MCB TPN -1 Nos, base plate anchor bolt and double arm street light bracket etc and also marking the pole numbers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F FRLS PVC insulated standed copper conductor wire of 1.5 sqmm dia, 3 core from existing junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less ‘than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI pipe for protection of earth lead.
