Comprehensive maintenance of DG set of capacity 25-50 KVA with cleaning, oiling, greasing, minor repairs of any kind to diesel engine & AC generator including replacement of spare parts like clamps, tappet cover gasket, water pump gasket, radiator gaskets, minor repair of self starter, alternator/dynamo, adjustment of carbon brush of any type, adjustment of AVR & Tappets, replacement of battery brass terminal, repair to battery post, replacement of toggle switches, reparing to wiring in control panel of Gen set using existing size of copper wire, cleaning of diesel storage tank, replacement of level indicator, outlet valves, Piston ring set, Small end bush for Connecting rod, Large end bearing and bolt for connecting rod, Fuel filter single bowl with 'O ring complete, Fuel pipe feed pump to filter, Fuel pipe filter to FI pump, Lub oil filter element with sealing ring, Fan belt, replacement of required quantity of coolant & distilled water in radiator assy & battery respectively as required complete along with calibration of FIP if necessary, repair of radiator assembly, repair of self starter, alternator, DC control panel AMF Panel, spray painting to DG Set once in a year etc all as specified & as directed. Note :- (i) Spares parts ,if required for replacement will be measured & paid seperatly under respective item of BoQ. (ii) Each maintenance job shall be covered period of 12 Months

Dismantling of 7.5 HP capacity air compressor and carrying out repairs by replacing worn out/ damaged parts, over hauling and providing major parts such as piston ring set, guide valve, valve guide screw, bush lining, pin gudgeon, bearing ball, oil seal, seeger ring, ring locking, suction filter, pressure switch, pressure gauge, delivery pipe, gasket set etc. complete with all accessories as per site requirement including assembling, testing, commissioning all as directed.

Disconnecting the defective/burnt alternator from the engine and removing it from the baseframe and shifting it to the workshop, removing rotr and cutting the field copper winding or armature winding and cleaning the slots complete for rewinding and using super enameled copper wire, varnishing and drying using three coats of insulating varnishing and reassembling the motor after repairs/ re setting complete re installation at site including transportation complete of capacity 100 KVA DG Set complete all as specified by Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings for cable protection including taking down old unserveciable pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 150 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings for cable protection including taking down old unserveciable pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced pre -cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type - 1 , flate, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : The depth of sand shall be measured after punning only)

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs and maintenance of Chemical Dozing pumps of any make and capacity including replacement of defective / unserviceable suction/discharge pipe 3/8", duck bill & connecting nut 3/8" etc after taking out the old ones with new ones complete : Note :-(i) Cost of minor repairs / replacement of minor spares such as nuts, bolts, washers etc. are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) The cost of transportation to nearest workshop & back after repair if necessary is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M&L for repair and maintenance of solar water heater of 100 Ltr capacity with the replacement of following connected accessories if necessary including taking down complete all as specified and directed :

Cleaning and washing of solar water heater tank with chemical hard water stain remover of make Tetra Clean

Cleaning and washing of solar panel (4 x 150 W solar PV module) with chemical of hard water stain remover i.e. Tetra clean.

S&F for Gun metal , globe or gate valve, 25 mm with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete including taking down old existing unservicable one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring two single core 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor and one run of 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable for earth wire drawn in & including surface conduit rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia, complete and making good disturbed surface wall including taking down of existing submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable and 1 run of earth wire 4 sq mm and conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit length.
