Dismantling cement asbestos celotax/hard board in ceiling or partition wall including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead (Frame work such as joists, beams to be measured and paid for separately) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 12 mm (twelve milimetre ) cement plaster 1:4 (One cement: four fine sand) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm ( four millimetre) (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
