Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of free standirn floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalized out door type Energy Meter cubical panel of size 1200 mm (L)X 1700 mm(W) X 300 mm (D) made out of CRCA sheet, required hardware, duly painted by two coats of zinc / red oxide promer followed by powder coated / epoxy / PU painted with phosphatistion in grey or required shade after rinsing. The panel having PI/ Neoprene ruer gasket of not less than 3 mm thickness, separate detachable, gland plate, MS base channel, hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment / switchgear

Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length / width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600mm Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported by base MS channel alley compartments having bolted type door with detachable extension type stucture. The bottom & Top of the box should have provision for incoming & outgoing cables / wires and the middle sheet should have provision for taking Meter readings and MCBs ON & OFF without opening the sheet. ( only outer area on all sides shall be measured and panel to be fabricated from CPRI approved fabricated.

(i) 1 No of 125A 4 Pole MCCB, Confirms to IS/IEC 60947-2 having Breaking Capacity 25 KA Panel Mounted makes Legrand/ GEABB/ Haveels/ HPL/ Standard. (ii) 12Nos of 6 to 32 Amps range SPN/DP MCBs 10 KA 'C'Curve as per IS:8828 Make: Legrand/L&T/GE/Siemens/Schneider /ABB. (iii) 3 Nos of LED indicators of makes: L&T/C&S /SALZAR/HPL. (iv) Supply and run of 2 wire of 56/0.3mm (4.0 Sq mm) PVC insulated flexible FRLS copper cable as per IS:694 / 1990 specification should be connect from MCCB Switch to Individual MCBs to Individual Energy Meters Incomming and the wires should be tied neatly and stick the tied wires to panel using sticker and complete. Grade-A: Makes: Finolex / RRKabel / Havells / Polycab / L&T / KEI. (V) 2 Nos of Danger Board Should be fixed on Front Door of the Panel Board. (vi) The 12Nos of Energy Meter and MCBs Should be Fixed on the Base plates with Locking/Bolting armaments neatly. (Note: The Energy meters will be supplied by Departmentally). (vii) The wire end connections should provide suitable copper lugs with neat crimping and giving necessary connections etc., complete.

Providing of Independent Earthing with 40mm Dia GI Pipe 'B' class of 2 Mtrs length after excavating an earth pit of size 1.5 m X 0.9 m X 2.05 m (Top 1.50 m X 0.90 m X 0.9m & bottom 1.20 m X 0.90 m X 1.15 m) with the following specification:

(a) the GI pipe shall be inserted into the Ground for 1.75 Mtr below the inspection chamber bottom 300 mm all around This pipe shall be covered with the mixture of 40 Kgs of coke, 20 Kgs of salt & sand including necessary earth work excavation in all kind of soils. (b) The excavated gap shall be back filled with excavated earth, and shall be properly consolidated with water. (c) The top 0.25 m of GI pipe shall be exposed into inspection chamber of Hum pipe . The all around inspection chamber shall be providied with 18" dia hume pipe. Earth connections shall be given to the 25 X 6 mm GI flat with bolts, nuts & washers, (d) A 65 mm dia PVC conduit is to be embeded through hume pipe at one side, to lay the Earth from the Earth bus to the Electrode through the PVC conduit and after laying the Earth, the pit entry PVC conduit is to be sealed with Bitumen compound. (e) Necessary Meggar testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards.

Supply and run of 25 mm X 3 mm G.I Strip for earth electrode to required places by concealing in walls, flooring by cutting the grooves and replastering neatly and giving necessary connection with 3/8"x2" GI Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. The strip has to be either riveted (or) bolted (or) gas welding neatly and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply of 3 core 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS copper round cable for voltage up to 1100V as per IS 694/1990. Makes: Finolex / RR kabel / Havells /KEI/Polycab/ Gloster/ Goldmedal /GM

Supply and transportation of 50 Sq.mm 3 1/2 core LT XLPE insulated, 1100V grade armoured Aluminium UG cable as per specification confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) / 1554-1. Grade-A: Make: Torent / Universal / Unistar / Havells / KEI / Gloster / Polycab / RR Kabel / Finolex.

Laying of U.G cables upto 50 Sq. mm with sand cushion covering the cable with bricks and back filling of Trench including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of fabricated M.S clamps made out of 25mm x 3mm MS flat with necessary holes on either side with suitable 1 1/2" coach screws and painting 2 coats of enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide suitable for fixing of UG Cables of size 25 Sq.mm to 50 Sq.mm on walls etc., including all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and making one end termination with heavy duty single compression brass gland as per BS 6121:2005, IP 66 complete, SIBG type, heavy duty Alluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc for 25 Sq.mm with brass washers of Armoured PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required of size.
