Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring,paver block and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed.
M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix), 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported to walls, slab over drains, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.
Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surface complete all as specified and directed.
S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L walling of random rubble, un-courses, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No. 06 above but except stone.
M&L plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors/ paver block/ path etc finishing the surface even & rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring/hardstanding etc finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L 30cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick, coloured rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles (glossy finished) with grey cement and pigment set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of stone slabs,paver blocks and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,path apron etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed surface complete all as specified and directe
M&L 60 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed .
M&L 80 mm thick rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed .
Fixing only 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape of size laid in path, porch, hard standing or flooring etc over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed .
Fixing only 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape of size laid in path, porch, hard standing or flooring etc over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed .
M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.
M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in flooring/path surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Cleaning of water storage tanks of RCC/PVC/Plastic/Over head tanks/stainless steel tanks exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr capacity. All internal and external sides of water tanks shall be properly cleaned, internal walls of water tank, bottom, side walls, internal openings, partition walls, bottom of top slab, haunch surfaces etc. shall be cleaned with Pressure Jet. Cleaning operation shall involve:- 1. Dewatering of water tanks: Contractor shall bring own arrangement for dewatering pump, suitable piping till nearest drain etc. as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Cleaning and removal of algae from bottom, side walls, partitions, internal openings etc. with cleaning of scrubber with cleaning detergent suitable for tank cleaning without damaging tank surface and waterproofing etc. and final cleaning of tank with water. 3. All the operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians. 4. Any damages to water tank, fixtures & fittings during cleaning operation shall be repaired/replaced with materials by the contractor with no cost to Govt. 5. Date of cleaning shall be written with synthetic enamel paint on water tank.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in repairs 25mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.
