Material and labour for Water bound macdam (WBM) 150 thick (compacted thickness) in 2 layers each layer 75 mm thick with coarse aggregates of granite grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated using power roller of 8 to 10 Tonne capacity to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping clean with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly primming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 using paving bitumen @ 10 Kg/10 SqM all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-asphaltic concrete 40mm average consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

FENCING AND GATES:

Material and labour for applying two coats of anticorrosive epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer including preparing new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
