OD30985/2026-2027:Preparation of Foundation for Embankment. Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 50 mm by Mechanical Means Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift up-to 3m and lead up-to 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. [If in case, the existing non-bituminous layers also gets scarified, it shall be re-set by manualmeans.]

OD503712/2025-2026:Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the site.

4.11.2:Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal. Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. <br>(ii) Using Gravel mix soil.

75.5.2.3pb:Tack Coat - With Packed Bitumen Rates Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
