Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone) including removing, spreading and stacking of soils within a lead of 75m.as directed. The item includes trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, and dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required, complete.Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with earth. in layer not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (payment to be on basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)(a) with earth obtainedfrom excavation of foundation

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

(II) Cement concrete with 30 mm down graded shingles excluding shuttering. N.B. Variety In ground floor (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Ordinary cement concrete ( mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm down excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any in ground floor. As per relevent I.S. Codes. b). River bazree.

Reinforcement for Reinforced Concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. Including supplies of rods , initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. Tor Steel/Mild Steel

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (up to 1st floor)

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary (ground floor).a) with 4:1 cement mortar i) 15 mm. thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m

Providing weep holes (150 X 75) amburtment and wing wall in/c packing of brick bats…

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.6m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)
