M&L sluice valve for 80 mm to 200 mm bore, high tensile stainless steel spindle, including nuts, bolts and gas kit, glands and refixing after repair etc. including dismantling and taking out sluice valve any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying / fixing in floor / trench, 3 layered (outer green coloured UV stabilized, middle black coloured UV stabilized and innermost layer white coloured with anti-microbial property) fusion welded PP-R (polypropylene Random Co-Polymer) pipes of size PN-16, 75mm OD (SDR– 7.4), ISI marked including plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fittings such as flanges, elbow, bend, sockets, tee etc. as required at site and testing of joints including taking down PP-R and PVC pipe and connections complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old concrete / plastered surfaces by scrapping, brooming etc and applying two coats of exterior weather proof acrylic based anti-fungal paint (100% acrylic) smooth emulsion with silicon additives that offer anti alge high performance exterior wall finish with 4 years of performance warranty by manufacturer applied over dome, wall, columns, beams including all pipe lines etc of overhead reservoir using scaffolding & necessary safety precaution complete all as specified and directed for the following RCC over head reservoir:- (a) RCC overhead reservoir 100000/50000/25000 gallon capacity, 50 to 60 feet staging. Note :- Colour status shall be as under :- (i) Rising main - Blue colour. (ii) Delivery main - Green colour. (iii) Washout main - Red colour. (iv) Overflow main - Yellow colour.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branches 50 to 75 with PP-R main by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branches 16 to 40 with PP-R main by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branches 75 to 110 with PP-R main by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MS ERW column pipe screwed 150 mm nominal bore having wall thickness not less than 7.11 mm electric resistance welded with MS flanged 16 mm thick heavy duty confirming to IS 6392 incl 2 mm thick rubber sheet and steel nuts and bolts 10 mm long with washer.

S&F in replacement Pneumatic Actuator valve of size 80mm bore as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement foot valve 100 mm all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement foot valve 200 mm all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope / gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as directed.

Supply and laying new dry river sand laid in trenches 8.0cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and gently punned to 18.0cm as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Only punned 18 CM thick sand cushioning shall be measured and paid)

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring the holes under roads pavements, hardstanding by treanch less techonology, using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including CI Pipe of 100 mm/150 mm bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for cement concrete/road in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exc 1.50 Km and n.exc 5.00 Km etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing even and smooth with using extra cement and making impression of expanded metal, whilst concrete making good as per existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cleaning of RCC Over Head Tanks capacity 1 lakh gallon and removing and taking out sand, sludge and mud etc including disposal of the same at a distance not exceeding 100 mtrs from the tank,including two coats of whitewash on whole internal walls of OH Tank all as directed. NOTE:-All the safety equipments for workers working on OHT and U/G Sumps will be provided by the contactor.
