Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 m wide and getting out soft / disingrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated rocks exc. 1.5 Km distance but n.exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5 M above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced( reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentaling/ Demolation of brick work or stone masonry or RCC Pre cast Jali & Jafari built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded) stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed .

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100 x 100 ) height up to 1500 mm having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in CM 1:4 on compound wall. incuding colour all as approved and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved prier to bulk procurement . The tenderes are advised to visit the site for sample prier to quoting their rates.

M&L for 40 mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type (1:2:4, B0 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, set in CM 1:4, including all mouldings complete including colour all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

M&L for providing and fixing of granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8 mm-1.2mm to be applied on a cured, smooth level plaster without keying as per the shades/combinations approved as per the manufacturers instructions for usages, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the engineer-in-charge. all complete. The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476: Part 7: 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface complete all as specified and as manufacturers instructions/specifications- including 15 mm thick plaster (5 mm thick using using WPC in CM (1:4) on 10 mm thick in cm 1:6) finished even and smooth. In case of deviation, the quantity of water proofing compound shall be taken as 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas. n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/disintengrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved fertile earth filling in floors or pavings, suitable for plantation incl watering maneovering of earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Planting( dibbling) of high quality natural green carpet grass of approved quality at uniform spacing including levelling the land perfect , making the leveled soil free from debris, weeds, seeds, mixing it with base fertilizer and watering once complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement including form work etc completed all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors as a weep hole in RCC wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 (20 mm graded aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts . Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to flat sides with fair finish surface of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel cladding plain of approved colour/ shade to beam/ column/ slab in circular/ rectangular shape including cutting, notching, bending to shape as required jointing with silicon gel of approved colour, with and including aluminium square tubular hollow section 25 x 25 mm not exceeding 900 mm c/c on MS pipe purlin/rafter/column beam/slab to hold ACP cladding etc. (Note:- Colour/ Pattern of ACP sheet shall be as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, (in factory moulded semi-circular shape at (varying height) upto a max height 8m) fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ceiling/to beam/ slab in cirucular/ rectangular shape factory moulded in semi-circularshape) at a max height 8m including cutting, notching, bending to shape as required, jointing with silicon gel of approved colour with & including aluminium square hollow section 25 x 25 mm not exceeding 600mm c/c on MS pipe purlin/rafter/column to hold plain galvalume sheet etc with self tapping screws all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Colour/pattern of plain galvalume sheet shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive the labour & material cost for fixing of aluminium grid to MS pipe/purlin with aluminium hollow section of required size or MS tubing etc in required shape as directed by GE etc complete.

M & L for machine cut granite stone slab vertical surfaces like risers of steps, skirting, dado & pillars etc over laid including CM 1:4, 10mm thick backing coat & pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab as per the direction of Engr-in- Charge

M & L for 15 mm thick Rendering on brick ,concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and similar likes at any height including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE) The treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the firm and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed .
