Experience certificate for operation of minimum one number of biogas digester/UASB Reactor in dairy sector with minimum capacity of 500m3/day and 2 years as on date of opening of technical bid in operation and maintenance of minimum 1 Nos of ETP including biogas digester/UASB Reactor on contract basis in any government organization or co-operative dairy or any organization

The tenderer shall possess valid ISO certification(s) relevant to the scope of work, preferably ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), issued by an accredited certification body. The certification shall remain valid as on the date of submission of the tender. The ISO certification shall be applicable to the tenderer's organization and/or activities relevant to Operation & Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), wastewater treatment systems, environmental services, or allied activities

The tenderer must submit experience certificate regarding installation / commissioning / operation & maintenance of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. If yes tenderer should furnish the experience certificate

The tenderer must submit experience certificate regarding installation / commissioning / operation & maintenance of ETP biogas plant

The tenderer must furnish Photostat copy of Annual turnover certificate-Minimum of 50 Lakhs per Annum

The tenderer must upload tender document signed by the tenderer or by his authorized signatory
