Note:- (a) Earth to Neutral voltage not more than 2 Volts. (b) Earth resistance value shall be less than 01 Ω (Ohm) (c) Painting and lebeling on the earth pit cover shall be deemed to be inclusive in the qouted rate by the contractor. (d) Earthing strip protection pipe dia 40 mm of length 7.5 RM shall be inclusive in the qouted rate by the contractor. (e) 02 Nos. of earthing for DCN Node and 09 Nos of earthing.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of copper strip size 32x6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F grid frame work of powder coated aluminum sections for 600x600 mm false ceiling board . wall angle of size 25x25x0.35mm , Main and cross T- section (Bottom pre coated) of size 24x38x0.70mm, holding clips and GI 6mm dia hangers (upto 1200 length) for grid size600x600x9mm thick Armstrong make armgyp tiles false ceiling adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring for modular accessories with modular metal flush box and cover plate with frame of suitable size complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawn through metallic rigid/ PVC heavy duty concealed conduit/ casing capping/ open coduit with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade as earth continuity wire terminated in new modular sunken boxes and modular metal flush box as required size at site incl all connected accessories, box made from not less than 1.6mm GI sheet factory made complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-In-Charge for One light point controlled by one switch complete.
