Repairs and installation of departmental 05 cusec Horizontal pump at Delina and other allied fittings, which comprises of following jobs: a. Shifting of departmental 05 cusec Hz pump Lift Irrigation Scheme Johama to workshop for repairs with the help of skilled labours by loading in private load carrier. b. Manufacturing, providing fitting of gun metal wearing ring 02 No.’s as per size. c. Shifting pump back after proper repairs at workshop to Delina main in private load carrier. d. Repairs to foot value hinges, weight plate, welding of body parts with superior quality of electrodes, providing and fitting new rubber washers, nuts & bolts etc. for the completion of work. e. Manufacturing, providing & Fitting of strainer fabricated out of 12 mm round steel bars and base plate. f. Manufacturing, providing & fitting of long radius easy bend of 300 mm dia. g. Fitting of departmental 300 mm dia suction and dilvery line lying at site with the help of skilled labours. No tools and tackles shall be provided by the departmental. The contractor has to provide his own D.G set, welding set, gas cutter and other tools and tackles for the completion of work. h. Providing and fitting of 300 mm diameter rubber washers as per requirement at site. i. Providing and fitting of 300 mm dia flanges of thickness 10mm (06 No.) . j. Providing and fitting of TC-14 pumping unit coupling set complete for the completion of work. k. Manufacturing, providing & fitting of cotter as per measurement.
Repairs to 10 cusec end suction pump of Lift Irrigation Scheme Delina main by way of detaching the damaged gun metal impeller and shifting to the workshop for repairs work which includes re-mentalling of damaged neck of impeller, surface finishing turning etc. on lathe machine and shifting and fitting of same. The job also includes testing of the same on full load for at least 72 hours.
