M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down completely on brick/stone walls/concrete surfaces thoroughly, rubbing down washing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying one coat of exterior ACRYLIC Emulsion paint Camouflage pattern (Colour or shade as approved by GE) upto 4th floor including a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction complete including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down, rubbing down, washing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint camouflage pattern (Colour or shade as approved by GE) as per manufacturers instruction complete including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy / spots and applying one coat of Cement Base Paint on walls upto 4th floor including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plans exc 6M means radious built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering in two layers (i.e) CM 1:6, 10mm thick as first layer and CM 1:4, 5mm thick wtih water proofing compound as second layer on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick or on concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces of concrete in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Cutting down vegitation growth like plants/trees of girth n.exc.15cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall junctions at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots embedded in walls/slab surfaces and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs including reparing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints of that affected location and applying TUFALO chemical (herbal medicine) to arrest further growth and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 with addition of WPC and treating the surface to match with the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Note for serial Item No 24.00 :- (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to incl the cost of scafolding/staging etc. (b) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes & specials damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leakage/seapage free joint . Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost for replacement of specials.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high or building with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply only water liquid proofing compound complete all as specified and directed
