Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layer with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Oxygen Base Unit comprising of following works :- (A) Oxygen Manifold 10+10 CE Marked :- The oxygen manifold would be of above size of bulk oxygen cylinders. It is suitable to with-stand a pressure of 2400 psi. The main frame made out of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle iron and bottom frame of 20 X 20 mm MS hollow square section, installed in such a way that the cylinders must be stayed for use in upright position and are not fell down under any circumstances.The gases passed through inter-connecting tail pipes duly fitted with suitable bull nose and nut adopter for cylinder valve and tube size is 10 mm OD Copper tube duly annealed having wall thickness 1.5 mm in spiral shape and the other end of the tail pipe are fixed with non-return valve. The non return valves are fixed in brass block of size 25 mm square vertically which are fitted with high pressure copper tube of size 15mm OD having wall thickness 1.5 mm. Both the arms of manifold further fixed in automatic control panel. All the joints of copper tube, brass block and inter connecting tubes are welded with silver brazing. Pressure release safety valve also provided. The manifold is fabricated in such a way to give distribution flow of 1500 Ltrs per minute. The manifold would be degreased and purged with inert gas before commissioning. The manifold would be enamel painted as per colour code. All above work would be done strictly as per specification and entire satisfaction of Engineer in-Charge.

(B) Oxygen Emergency Point CE Marked :- SPECIFICATION:- In case of emergency, the supply of medical oxygen is restored immediately with this system. The emergency system would be consists of 04 No. cylinders - configuration. This would be suitable to withstand a pressure of 2400 psi. This would be inter connected with high pressure, high flow, double stage control regulator duly fitted with cylinder contents as well as line pressure gauges of 50mm dial size. Pressure release safety valves are also to be provided in this system, so that it would release the pressure beyond 70 PSI. The outlet point of pressure regulator would be connected with emergency point of oxygen pipe line with the help of inter-connecting adopters.

(C) OXYGEN CONTROL PANEL CE Marked - Fully Automatic Control Panel SPECIFICATION:The control panel would be supplied as a pre-tested and pre-sated self-contained unit. The control panel is installed in the middle of both arms of manifold and fabricated in such a way that it would withstand of working pressure 2400 psi and test pressure would be 3500 psi. It would also supply a flow of 1500 Ltrs per minute at a pressure of 4 bar (60 psi) constantly on either bank. FEATURES • Electric audio- visual indicators for each bank status. • Electrically audio-visual indicators at the time of manual changeover. • Impact and weather resistance coloured cover. • Independent gauges and indicators. • Manual change over from on line bank to reserve bank and vise versa. • In built low-pressure audio visual alarm.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 12mm bore Copper tube of soiled drawn seamless deoxidized, non-arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased as per BS EN 13348:2001 duly supported with manufacturer test certificates for physical properties and chemical composition complete with necessary fixing and clamping arrangement to wall/ceiling/false ceiling all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 15mm bore Copper tube of soiled drawn seamless deoxidized, non-arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased as per BS EN 13348:2001 duly supported with manufacturer test certificates for physical properties and chemical composition complete with necessary fixing and clamping arrangement to wall/ceiling/false ceiling all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 28mm bore Copper tube of soiled drawn seamless deoxidized, non-arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased as per BS EN 13348:2001 duly supported with manufacturer test certificates for physical properties and chemical composition complete with necessary fixing and clamping arrangement to wall/ceiling/false ceiling all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning Oxygen Gas Terminal Units (Oxygen Gas Outlets) with adaptors/probe for oxygen, compressed air and vacuum: Matching adaptors to the gas outlet mentioned above i.e. adaptor for oxygen, air and vacuum. The terminal units would have following features :- (a) It would be front insertion type. (b) Terminal unit would have mechanism with check valve. (c) Allow single hand operation. (d) On first insertion of probe the probe shall sit in a standby position. At the stage there shall be no gas flow. (e) Only on pressing the probe second time, the gas supply would start. (f) They would close automatically when connected apparatus is removed. (g) For allowing on line maintenance the terminal unit would be equipped with a check valve for all positive pressure gases for closing gas supply whenever the outlet point is opened. (h) The outlet would be non inter-changeable for specific gas and it would accept only correct medical gas adopter/Probe. (i) It would be colour coded as per HTM 2022 (j) The design of this outlet would be compatible to installed vertical on valve horizontally on ICCU panel and area servicing unit and also vertical to fit in pendants. (k) It would only supply with correct probe/ adopter.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Isolation Valve Assembly: CE marked, ISO 9001-2008, for Oxygen gas comprising of following:- SPECIFICATION: To control the pressure as well as for maintenance quarter turn open at 90-degree ball type valves would be provided. These valves would be of nickel-plated brass body having PTFE seat and inner outer seals. These valves would have stainless steel ball of specific ID clearance so that line pressure would not drop. For installation only PTFE gaskets would be used in between nuts and valves to prevent leakage. All the nuts for fixing the ball valve would be of brass with brass nozzles for easily brazing with copper tube. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Bed Head Panel CE MARKED AS PER HTM 2002 : The modular medical bed head panel 1200 mm long: would be fabricated of aluminous die pressed 1.6 mm thick imported laminated sheet in such a way to provide 100% safe and efficient means to deliver all the gases as well as electrical to the patient/staff in intensive care conditions. To enclosed all piping, electrical wires, monitor wire etc would be fitted continuously running on wall. The design of modular BHU would consist of aluminum section to meet the requirement of HTM 2002, NFPA and other international standard. It would have separate duct for medical gases as well as electrical. There would be no sharp edges having smooth finish and without any visible screw etc. It would be having ability to fix medical gas outlets, electrical sockets, It would also have colour code around the specific gas outlet and a slide rail for focus lamp. It would be polyester powder coating finish on all external surfaces and would be fitted to wall with the help of 8mm fasters at specific height. It would be fixed in such a manner that it could be removed easily for servicing and repair. It would be long and continuous to fix for any distance. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of BPC (Back Pressure Compensated) Flow meter with humidifier bottle CE MARKED- would be BPC single type Pipeline Flow Meter unit duly fitted with the fine adjustment valve. It would be back pressure compensated to bear and control the Oxygen Pressure approx 60 psi. Flow meter unit would be consisting of double wall rotta-meter has range of flow 0 to 13 ltrs. per minute with fine adjustment valve. The rotta meter and humidifier bottle would be made of clear, impact resistance polycarbonate (duly graduated). This unit would be having attachment to fit humidifier bottle of capacity 100 Ml. consist of clear, impact resistance polycarbonate jar. This would also have Reciprocating on top for flow meter/plastic cap having nozzles for outlet tubes and the inlet tube end would be multi function combination bubblier/ nebulizer to add the humidity and create an aerosol in Medical Gas min marks would be on jar. This unit would be supplied with PVC Clear green tube of 1.5mtr long duly fitted with disposable Oxygen mask.

S&F Oxygen cylinder:- Supply of high pressure, seemless steel brand new ISI marked filled with required gases. Cylinders having concave bottom, 46 Ltr WC ( Tyoe 'D' Jumbo Cylinder) suitable for medical oxygen and nitrous oxide. The cylinders should be fitted with high pressure cylinder valves, supply with manufacturer's test certificate along with permission for filling the gas from CCE, Govt of India, Nagpur.

Supply & laying GI pipe 50mm mm dia bore light grade with all accessories for protection of Copper tube, laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm LT, 1100 V grade drawn through and including adequate size PVC non metallic conduit 20mm or more of appropriate dia with accessories and fittings and one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.
