HANDLING OF ASH DURING SEASON FOR 110 TPH BOILER AT HBL 3500 TCD INTEGRATED SUGAR PLANT, SUGAULI AND LAURIYA

Handling of Ash for 110 TPH Boiler at 3500 TCD Sugar Plant Sugauli. Job includes: a. Cleaning/poking of Bagasse Screw Feeders, Drum Feeders, chutes, all ash hoppers, and breaking hips inside the boiler furnace in running condition of the boiler with all safety precautions. b. Inspection and cleaning of air preheater compartments and related jammed / choked tubes, SCAPH, all hoppers, etc., at the time of stoppage of the boiler. c. Housekeeping and accumulation of ash in and around the boiler/Cogen plant and shifting the same. d. Any other job related to ash handling inside the plant as directed by the Shift-in-Charge. e) The above jobs envisage the deployment of 6 labours in each shift (A, B & C). The contractor may have to increase the number of resources if found inadequate at any point of time, without any extra cost. Payment will be made on a job basis as indicated above. The supervisor will not be counted as labour.

Shifting of Ash for 110 TPH Boiler at 3500 TCD Sugar Plant Sugauli Job includes: a) Collecting boiler ash from the ash discharge silo and shifting it to a bio-compost yard or designated place outside/inside the premises within a distance of around 1.5 km from the boiler. b) Providing adequate tractors and trolleys, including diesel and lubricants required for operation, with trained drivers and required labour on tractors and trolleys. c) Accumulating spilled-over ash in and around the plant and shifting the same to the designated place as required, sparing water over the ash to avoid flying. Spillages shall be strictly avoided. d) Cutting of firewood to the required size for boiler light-up. e) Work will have to be carried out in 3 shifts (round the clock) for the entire week of 7 days, including Sunday, and holidays. The contractor shall quote lump sum on a per-day basis. Providing adequate tractors and trolleys, including diesel and lubricants required for operation, with trained drivers and required labour on tractors and trolleys. The contractor may have to increase the numbers/resources if they are found inadequate at any point in time, without any extra cost. Payment will be made on a job-by-job basis, as indicated above.
