Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth .

Squarred rubble stone masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation & plinth i/e racking out of joints in CM 1:6 (1 Cement:6 sand) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors upto 200mm kin thickness.

Sides and Soffits of beams haunching floor roofs landing and the like floor etc up to 200 mm thickness including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Edges of slabs breaks etc under 20 cm wide

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams ,griders bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Brick work using common brunt clay building bricks ( 2nd class in super structure above plinth level up to floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand )in all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

P/F M.S. Grills of Light Pattern plain Grills Window and Pannel in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing all tower bolts 200 x 10 mm complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Enginer in charge.

Providing and fixing all handles 100 mm size complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Enginer in charge.

Providing and fixing sliding door door bolts etc of size 250x16 mm complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Enginer in charge.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and including finshing the top surface of concrete smooth in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Enginer in charge.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacturer( Two coat and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over and including primer coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matter and coursed with wire brushing fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed paint brushing red lead red oxide/Zinc oxide chrome.

Painting two coats (Excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surface with enemal paint brushing into give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter enemal paint other than white.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white.

Providing TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto any floor level

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to "U" shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slab during laying including painting the exposed of loop all as per standard design complete.

Stone/boulder filling under the floor with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40mm thick) in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thotoughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dial meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embeding in cement mortar block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.

Providing and fixing PVC pipe 80 mm dia with clamps for safe disposal of rain water from roof complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing PVC bend 80 mm dia complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing PVC Socket 80 mm dia complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing LED street lights 40 watt 110-220 V with complete fixtures including cost of providing and commissioning of electric wire as per required length ISI approved, Flexible pipe to cover the electric wire Havells/L&T/Philips/Syska make and making connection to existing electric syestem as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 3 pin socketoutlet on the existing switch box/cover including connection etc. as required complete in all respects as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge complete in all respects.
