(1) All works shall be carried out as per Public works Department, Hand Book and other specifications of the Division or as directed.

(2) All the columns in Schedule-B should be filled in Online E-Tendering System and the total of the entries in last column should be

struck by the contractor under his digital signature.

(3) Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at in close) in all respects and hold good for work under

all conditions, site, moisture etc.

(4) The payment shall be made after availability of fund. The contractor has no claim in this regard.
