Providing, Laying and Fitting HDPE pipe conforming to IS 4984: 1995 with latest amendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destinations and rolling, lowering into the trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials by electro fusion welding as per standard procedure and guidelines, including encasing the pipe around to a depth not less than 15 cms with soft earth or selected earth available from the excavation etc., complete giving hydraulic test as per relevant ISI with all leads and lifts including testing commissioning. The rate is inclusive of required specials and fittings etc (Couplers, Tee, Reducer, Bend, End Caps conforming with BS EN12201: Part-3) wherever required complete (Contractor will make own arrangements for procuring water for testing) HDPE pipe PE100, PN10.(40mm dia ISI Marked HDPE Pipe)

Providing and installation of sign board made on smooth wall surface mentioning the title of work site within 10mtr from the pipe line site with lettering size not less than 40mm and number of letters upto 300, detailing in approved shade including CFD scheme Name of work - (Name of Hon'ble MLA/Constituency) as per approved design/drawing. The work includes painting and finishing complete job as directed by the engineer incharge.
