Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Erection and fixing only hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 25 mm thick finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces on walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 10mm.complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars any dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Spreading and levelling to under flooring, in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required of excavated loose soil, as retreived against respective excavation item complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for forming embankment with approved earth obtained from out side of MOD land including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. n.exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair without using extra cement including necessary expansion joint and filling compound as in plinth protection all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 80mm thick coloured, glazed pre coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658/1237 with upto date amendments, M-40 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather coat over 2 mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer including necessary preparation of surface, complete in all respect as specified and directed.L̥

M&L for preparation of newly undecorated plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) and finished another one coat with spunge roller over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint over 2 mm thick (in two layers), wall care putty, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F for 55-60mm thick coloured, glazed pre coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658/1237 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core 1.5 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in steel conduit medium grade including 1.5 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete. Note:- Cost of steel conduit,iron junction boxes,etc fixing on Iron pole by means of welding /MS straps with the existing shade / tint are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

S&F 35 W LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having top Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including necessary brackets (made out of suitable bore GI pipe light grade appx 0.6 meter long bend to shape) nuts, bolts, etc fixed on poles/structure with MS clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 50 Watts LED flood light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass with efficacy > 110/120 LPW , 10 KV SPD (surge protection device) , IP 66 protection , input voltage 140 - 270 volt AC , mounting/fixing arrengement as required at site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Rate of GI/iron pipe of suitable length/size as required at site / welding work or fabrication included in quoted rate.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in tenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed. (Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid)

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub calss "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan, laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid dry over electric cablefor protection all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.
