M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 16 to 18 mm dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade 202) of flat-30mm x 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of kota stone slabs and granite tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite work 15 to 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L granite (of any type) work 18 to 20mm (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut & machine polished kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in kitchen plateform, treads of steps laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement mortar in 1:4 base laid and jointed with grewy cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite/ Kota stone slabs edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same to a distance of 1.5 KM including loading and dumping / levelling at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in floor / hard standing etcfinishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth potection including finished the surface even and smooth without using of extra cement and complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debries to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7mm thick tiles of size exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 to 8 mm thick tiles of size exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or stone walls to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone / PCC block masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on on ceiling, ifinished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening compatible primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Barbed wire, galvanised, 2 strand, 2.00mm dia barbed at 75mm spacing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5M in depth for foundation, laying pipes, cables etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.
