SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (MANNING)

OutSourcing of manpower for repair/replacement of all types of electrical fittings, fixtures and accessories all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including replacement of defective electrical accessories, components and making the system functional as per requirement and maintenance and urgent break down works all as directed. Notes: 1. The unit job contains deployment of manpower services as mentioned below for eight hours per day for complete month excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Manpower on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays required on emergency shall be provided by the contractor with out extra cost to the Govt. 2. The unit rate will deem to be include the cost of Tools, aluminium ladder, transportation of mechanics, fixing charges for electrical accessories as mentioned from item no 9 to 15. 3. Electrical accessories, components etc. will be measured and paid separately. 4. All relevent norms and IE rules provisions shall be adhered while working on electric circuits and necessary protective devices and tools required shall be inclusive of the provisions and the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. 5. Proper uniform with name plates depleting all the details shall be provided to the duty personnal by the contractor as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note for Item no 1 to 7 It is mandatory that provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages, EPF, bonus, ESIC and taxes as applicable shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and his quoted rate shall have deemed to include these factors. If any bidders quoted their rate below minimum wages by considering, EPF, bonus, ESIC and GST such bid shall be treated as willfull negligence by the bidder and his quotation shall be considered non-bonafide and rejected during Financial evaluation. This note is applicable for Serial item no 1 to item no 7 i.e SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (MANNING)

Out Sourcing for manning of DG Set installed at DGNP Main Bldg and equipment area as decided by Engineer -in-charge including maintaining of log sheet and keeping area neat and clean all as directed. Notes: 1. The unit job contains deployment of manpower as mentioned below for eight hours per day for complete month excluding Saturday ,Sundays and holidays. Supply and fixing of 10 Watt bollard LED light fitting, IP 65 with robust design and efficient light distribution, including necessary fixing arrengmenet on PCC with nut bolts, including taking down old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F in repairs/replacement of LED bulb 9 watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Attending the complaints of non functional of ceilling/exhaust fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceiling/exhaust fan without taking down by replacing of fan condenser, fan regulator and connection wire etc. and making fan serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .(NOTE- Item such as fan condenser,fan regulator,1.5 sqmm,3 core copper flexible cable shall be measured and paid seperataly as 'Supply Only')

Taking down electric water heater(geyser) of any capacity from existing system,disconnected inlet and outlet water connection for leakage complaint and repair to water inner tank by means of brazing/welding etc, to arrest the leak and refixing the inner tank in outer shell with proper filling of glass wool as heat resistance material,suitable quantity,and refixing the geyser at it's original location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Taking down eletric water heater(geyser) of any capacity from existing system,disconnected inlet and outlet water connection for leakage complaint and replacing the rusted, leakage inner water tank with new made out of steel of following capacity and refixing the inner tank in outer shell with proper filling of glass wool as heat resistance material,suitable quantity,and refixing the geyser at it's original location complete all as directed (a) Inner water tank of capacity 25 Ltrs.

Supply & fix in repair/replacement of PVC connections pipe with brass hexagonal adapters both side, suitable for 15 mm dia pipe 45/6cm long for cold water as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge
