Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power ) complete fitting such as switches , ceiling rose pendent , regulators , sockets light fitting etc to be measured separately ) removing material from site and making good disturbed surface of wall floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down main switches and DBs of any type and make including wooden board / junction box. removing material from site and making good disturbed surface of wall floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade drawn in and including PVC casing and capping of size 30/32 mm fixed to wall ceiling including PVC closed recessed boxes ISI marked with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting of switches, sockets etc incl 1.50 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade single core earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for :-

(a) One light /fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One bell /buzzer point controlled by one buzzer switch

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board.

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on indpendent board

Taking down exhaust fan any type/ size from wall and dismantling sealing cable and dismantling blades and bring in to store for repair and fixing exhaust fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed. (rewinding of fan, painting and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep after dismantlingand taking out the burnt winding coils and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size and gauge including insulation, Varnishing, drying etc complete and refixing the same after rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed.
