Service Charges
Per diem rate of Mechanical Supervisor with 10 hrs work per day in all onsite days at Digboi Refinery. This item includes days for to & fro travel period limited to 4 days (2 days on each side) per visit. (Here, UOM is 1 EA = 10 hrs per day.
Per hr OT rate after completion of 10 hrs for Mechanical Supervisor.

Travel & Accomodation
Air Fare per trip (To & Fro - New York - Delhi - Dibrughar). Note : Air fare shall be reimbursed at actual based on submitted ticket / boading pass, etc. subject to the ceiling of awarded rate.
Taxi Fare for each trip from Vendor works/home to New york Air port to & back to Vendor Works/home. The unit 'EA' denotes to & fro travelling charges for one trip. Payment shall be reimbursed on actuals on submitted bill & inovice subject to the ceiling of awarded rate.
Hotel charges - Lodging and boadging - Paid at actuals on submission of hotel bills and invoice subject to the ceiling of awarded rate. (Hotel stay includes - lodging charges at intermediate stations in transit and at Digboi stay during the execution of job.(40+40 days stay for Valve service + 12 days stay at intermediate stn. at delhi for two persons). Unit of measurement "Ea = day"
