REPAIR TO WATER COOLER/ REFRIGERATOR OF CAPACITY 150/ 120/ 80 LITRE OF ANY MAKE

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable sealed unit from existing water cooler/ refrigerator of capacity 150/ 120/ 80 Litre (Fridge) and 190-300 Ltr (Water cooler) and supply & fixing new compressor including charging of compressor oil, refrigerant R-22/R-132/R-134 upto required pressure including replacement of foundation bushes & nuts/ bolts of existing size complete all as specified and directed. Make: KIRLOSKAR, SHRIRAM, CARRIER

Supply and fix in replacement condenser fan motor 1/16 HP capacity with blades and box plate suitable for refrigerator 190-300 Ltr capacity and water cooler 80-150 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make: USHA/ AUE/ CROMPTON.

Supply and fix in replacement condenser fan motor 1/10 HP capacity with blades and box plate suitable for refrigerator 190-300 Ltr capacity and water cooler 80-150 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make: USHA/ AUE/ CROMPTON.

Supply and fix in replacement condenser fan motor 1/8 HP capacity with blades and box plate suitable for refrigerator 190-300 Ltr capacity and water cooler 80-150 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make: USHA/ AUE/ CROMPTON.

Supply & refilling, refrigerant R-22/ R-132, R-134 after testing, rectification of leakage in the system of refrigerator/ water cooler of any make and capacity with brazing/ welding work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement push cock 15mm dia chromium plated self closing (Heavy duty) as per existing size for water cooler of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs PTMT float valve 15mm dia bore with high density polyethylene and brass rod complete all as specified and directed. Make: PRAYAG/ POLYTUF/ SHAKTI

Supply and fix in repairs thermostatic switch for water coolers complete all as specified and directed. Make: DANFOSS, RENUTROL, USHA, INFOSS

REPAIR TO DESERT COOLERS 3000/4000 CFM Note: Work under this item shall be executed on emergency basis to avoid in convenience to the users as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. In this connection refer to condition 8 of IAFW-2249.

S&F fan motor 1/8 HP single phase 230 volts complete with legs, fan blades, nuts, bolts & washers etc. including dismantling & taking out unserviceable burnt fan motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix water lifting pump 1/70 HP AC single phase 230 volts including taking out unserviceable water lifting pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement wood wool pads as per existing size and type complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable of size 70/.0076, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable of size 40/.0076, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fan blades as per requirement for desert cooler 3000/ 4000 CFM including taking out old unserviceable fan blades complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC connection with complete accessories suitable for desert cooler 3000/ 4000 CFM with flair nuts, PVC connector and washers suitable for 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable of desert cooler body made of 20 gauge PGI sheet suitable for evaporative type desert cooler of size 73cm x 73cm x 93cm with water tank of height 20cm duly fitted with side panels made out of 20 gause PGI sheet & grill with fins electrical wiring and connection with ON/ OFF switch piano type with distribution PVC cup and elbow, PVC pipe connection, PVC cable 3 core 23/.0076 - 3 Mtr fitted with 01 No. 5 Amp top plug including painting the complete body internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication of angle iron stand made out of angle iron of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out defective/ perished hard board any size from window frame and supply & fixing 3mm thick hard board complete all as specified and directed.
