JOB ORDER FOR CONSULTANCY FOR DESIGN AND SUBMISSION OF BOQ FORCHS (CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM)

Consultancy services for design and preparation of BOQ for FCU's/Towel Radiators heated type CHS plant for OTM Accn P-10 at Biamah.

The design conditions will be considered at:- (i) Inside design temperature condition (+) 20º Celcius ± 2º Celcius. (ii) Out side temperature condition ranges from (+) 25 degee Celcius to (-) Minus 35 degree Celcius at peak.

The above works included under mentioned items of works :- (a) Heat load Calculation and design considering the complete heat loss of existing of buildings. (b) Preparation of drawings for layout of FCU's/Towel Radiators. (c) Preparation of drawings for layout of Glycol mixture/hot water supply pipe lines and return pipe lines . (d) Preparation of site plan duly marked existing external services and proposed services for Cental Heating System plant . (e) Design to calculate size of pipelines, pumps,oil fired boiler, FCU's/Towel radiators , alongwith specifications etc. (f) Preparation of BOQ for CHS plant system of mechanical, electrical and allied works as per MES format duly supported with rate analysis based on quotations / latest price list . (g) Layout of plant equipments and plant room with internal electrification plan. (h) Layout drawings of CHS System . (J) Site survey.

Note 1:- The complete design/details shall be vetted from IIT.

Note 2:- The bidders are required to visit the site before quoting the rate to access the actual requirement of work.

Note 3:- Plan of the bldgs required to be conditioned with CHS will be provided at the time of Design.
