Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling the existing 40 Metre high (Gopalpur type) Ground Based Tower (weight upto 8500 Kgs.) manually or by mechanical means including dismembering of tower materials, Gantry and antenna fixtures and mounting, carefully and cautiously without making any damage to the members and near by structures and stacking the members neatly, all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note 1. Necessary safety measures shall be adopted while dismantling the tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties. Note 2. The safe custody of tower materials will be the responsibility of the agency from the time of handing over of site by department till the handing over of tower to concerned authorities.

Note 1. Necessary safety measures shall be adopted while dismantling the tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties. Note 2. The safe custody of tower materials will be the responsibility of the agency from the time of handing over of site by department till the handing over of tower to concerned authorities.

Labour charges for transportation of tower materials from site of work NBSNL site Gundur to the CTO compound, Trichy or any other location up to a distance of 20 kms including taking the weight of tower materials to the weigh bridge (both empty and tare weight) sorting out of materials & Preparation of materials check list by the Technical person of the Agency, loading and unloading including handling charge etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Departmental vehicle will be utilised for transportation on free of cost)

Transportation of tower materials from site of work NBSNL site Kattur to the CTO compound, Trichy or any other location up to a distance of 20 kms including taking the weight of tower materials ti the weigh bridge (both empty and tare weight) sorting out of materials & Preparation of materials check list by the Technical person of the Agency, loading and unloading including handling charge etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing heavily reinforced cement concrete in tower column base and tie beams of 40m ground based tower using necessary power driven hydraulic breakers and air compressor including stacking of steel bars, anchor bolts excluding cutting of reinforcement bars all as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing BTS Shelter of size 3.13m x 2.14m and up to a height of 3.00 metre in the reusable manner (consisting of side panels, floor panels, roof panels/sheets, door, ASPVC flooring sheet, RSJ girders, bolts, nuts, fabricated Mild Steel steps and other fixtures) including stacking the materials at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Transportation of dismantled prefabricated shelter materials including 2 numbers of I section girders with all accessories from the Kattur tower site to the store yard in CTO compound,Trichy including loading, unloading, and lifting of materials and proper handing over the shelter to store incharge etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Credit for unserviceable steel reinforcement recovered from the demolished RCC foundation .

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
