Repairs/modification to 200 mm dia M.S suction pipe of lift irrigation scheme Shahkhata by way of dismantling of all suction pipes with the help of skilled labours, then welding it at damaged spots to make it leak proof. The job also includes providing & fitting of new leather washers 6 no, Nuts & bolts 7kg. The job also includes fabrication of departmental pipe of 200 mm dia tail pipe of length 2ft (02 No’s). The Job includes providing fitting of 200 mm flanges of 8mm thickness four (04) no’s. Then fitted all pipes back-to-back properly by way of tightening nuts & bolts, washers for the completion of work. The job also includes providing and fitting of TC- 16 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre for 02 cusec pumping unit. The job also includes the charge for taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves as per required size of shaft of pump and motor

Repairs to 150 mm dia M.S foot valve of lift irrigation scheme Kandikhan installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, hiring boat due to raise of water level in river Jhelum, then shifting it to working area. The job then includes the charge for removing debris/ waste material due to which foot valve got chocked. After proper cleaning fitted it back to its actual position with the help of skilled labour/ boat other tools & tackles & test on full load.

Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints of 300mm at LIS Shahkhata.

Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints of 350mm at LIS Kandikhan.

Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints of 200mm at LIS Zehanpora.

Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints of 150mm at Sheeri 2nd.

Replacement of rusted M.S Nuts & Bolts to suction/ Delivery side pipe line at lift irrigation Scheme Zehanpora with the help of skilled labours, tools & tackles.

Repairs to the minor leakage (300cm) along 400mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-II at cracked portion of pipe, flanges, by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, earth excavation and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
