Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete upto plinth level

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete Welded

Providing and fixing of Prefabricated structure as per the following technical specifications: The main and partiwalls shall be made up of 50 mm thick wall Panels of required height and make Lloyd panel system/Modern Panels/Jindal Mectecnol/PSL Engineering or equivalent. The Panels will be made of 0.50mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 50mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The wall panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be with cam lock/continuous panelling systems for interlocking. All materials required for the manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specification. Base channel of specified size will be provided for walls. The PUF insulation material in the panel will have fire retarding and self extinguishing properties as per any international standard B2 DIN 4102 Part-I/BS-4735 Self Ext. The false ceiling of Rooms shall be made up of 45 mm thick PUF insulated Panels of Make Lloyd Panel system/Modern Panels/Jindal Mectechno/PSL Engineering or equivalent. The Panels will be made of 0.50 mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 45mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The false ceiling panels will be provided with tongue and groove or lip locking joint for interlocking. False ceiling will be supported with the help of inverted CRCA Tee Section 50x50x5 mm thick and L-Section of 50x50x5 mm thick fixed appropriately to the Truss. Ceiling samples to be got approved from the competent authority before the execution of work as per the directions of site engineer including all carriages.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including filling up of gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including glazing of float glass panes 5mm thick for windows, ventilators etc and Aluminium sheets (ACP) as per size required for panelling of doors/partitions and dash fasteners, Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns) all complete frame work, shutters, float glass, ACP etc. complete job including all carriages.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each depositedlayer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
