P/L water proofing treatment on R.C.C. in sunken portion by applying Brush bond RFX or equivalent high performance elastomeric cementitious water proofing coating with properties adhesion to concrete 1 N/mm³, non toxic , static crack accommodation of 1 mm, including cleaning of surfaces as per manufacturer's recommendations. The no. of applications should be to attaing the average thickness of 2 mm.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.: 20 mm cement plaster

Providing and fixing modular type under bench cabinet over all size 1.70mx0.70m (or part there of) 0.60 m deep, with one no. intermediate horizontal partition and two no. intermediate vertical partitions. The cabinet shall be fixed three nos. 0.15 m deep drawers and shutters in rest of front area. Prelaminated MDF board of 18 mm thickness shall be used except on back side of cabinet and bottom of drawers which shall be of 8 mm thickness. The shutters and drawers shall be fixed with 100 mm stainless steel C type handles. The shutters shall be fixed with spring hinges and 40 mm cupboard locks of approved make. The drawers shall be fixed with powder coated telescopic channel of approved make. The MDF board shall be of approved manufacturer, ISI marked conforming to IS:14587, exterior grade with both sides lamination. Only front area of the cabinet shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing overhead cabinet of size 0.75m High x2.4 m (long) and 0.45m overall deep or part thereof with one no. intermediate horizontal partition (Removable) and three nos. intermediate vertical partitions 18 mm thick pre laminated MDF Board shall be used except on back side which shall be of 8 mm thickness. The shutter shall be provided on front face with approved quality spring hinges and 40 mm cupboard locks.
