SH-1 Operation and Maintenance

Job Contract for round the clock Operation and maintenance of electrical & mechanical installation at City Side area,Out Door & Indoor installations comprises of 11 KV Grade HT Installation,HT & LT Breakers,Transformers,DG Sets,LT & MV Panels,Fire station,New Terminal Building,other buildings, Residential Colony,Street lights,Water Pumping system,Inernal & External lighting and power supply system etc at Hubballi Airport including preventive maintenance,break down and corrective maintenance with min. Man power as per the special conditions of contract , detailed scope of work, and AAI requirement on all days including sundays and holidays etc. complete as required.

Job Contract for round the clock Operation and maintenance of electrical & mechanical installations at AIR SIDE (Operational Area), GLF System Comprises of Runway lights,Taxi way Lights,PAPI,CAT-1Approach, Simple Approach,DVOR,GLide Path,Localizer building,LT & MV Panels,Old Power house,New & old Technical block,Inernal & External lighting and power supply system of operational area , Apron flood lights, Perimeter lights etc at Hubballi Airport including preventive maintenance,break down and corrective maintenance with min. Man Power as per the special conditions of contract , detailed scope of work, and AAI requirement on all days including sundays and holidays etc. complete as required.

SH : 2 Painting of Panel, Poles and Fire Hydrant Boxes. (As and when required Basis)

Painting of electrical LT indoor,Outdoor panels,Fire hydrant boxes,Exposed Fire hydrant pipe line, Diesel pipe line,Exposed Water lines, pumps, earth pit covers etc located in powerhouse, AC Plant, switch rooms,fire pump room, pump room etc., with one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with rust removal material etc , of required color to give an even shade complete as required.

Painting of Street Light poles of 7 mtr height and approx with one or more coats of painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with rust removal material etc , of required color to give an even shade complete as required.

Painting of Street Light poles of 5 mtr height and approx with one or more coats of painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with rust removal material etc , of required color to give an even shade complete as required.

Painting of Street Light poles of 2ft height and approx with one or more coats of painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with rust removal materialetc , of required color to give an even shade complete as required.

SH :-3 Servicing of Pump sets. Servicing of Various type of Mono block/submersible water/sewage pump/hydro Penumatic Pump,motors etc of following capacity as and when required including all other associated works like bearing replacement, shaft work , Basic Service as per OEM recomendation etc except major repair and major spares, through OEM/its Authorized Dealer, complete as required.

Percentage above or below on the rates of Electrical DSR-2018 (CPWD) items worth totaling to Rs. 500000 for execution of misc.items on requirement basis. The Rates quoted shall be without GST.(Note: the firm has to quote/upload the percentage above/below(+/-)% on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form multipying factor in the rate column, as clarified below. For expample: if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05)
