M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cement concrete in as in foundation filling of pole & stay complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping to pole foundation including fair finish to the exposed surface, as in benching, at chamferred angles and finished exposed surfaced even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (9 metres long) including taking down old, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) of size 6/1x2.59 mm (weasal) and Ferret or any other size as required at site(singe or mutiple run as directed) for LT lines on concrete/steel tubular poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Restretching of existing loose OH,LT/HT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging withing the permissible limit, including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminium winding wire in case of breakge of conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during re-stretching. (ii) The quoted rate include making new dead end of ACSR conductor wire at existing poles. The items used i.e. strap plates, insulator used to make the dead end of ACSR shall be measured & paid separately.)

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including bolts, nuts & washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts, in any shape or size, as directed and inclusive of painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red-oxide primer including taking down the old worn out rusted materials and removal from site all as directed.

M&L for fixing of Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green Insulator incl one mild steel spindle, two iron washerrs, and iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia, suitable for 1100 Volt, including taking down old, and as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for fixing of shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green Insulator incl one mild steel spindle, two iron washers,and one iron nut, strap, of size 100 mm height, 115 mm dia, suitable for 1100 Volts including taking down old, and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F/Replacement of Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 including loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay plate 230x230x6mm, galvanized stay rod 16mm dia, 14mm dia stay bow, galvanised stay stranded wire 7/3.15mm, necessary excavation and any type of earth work. (Note: The rate include the cost of loop insulator, stay wire, stay clamp, stay bow, stay rod, stay plate and other accessories reqd. The qty of P.C.C concrete 1:3:6 C-2 shall be measured and paid separately.)
