Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Supplying and fixing C.I. cover 300x300 mm without frame for gully trap (standard pattern) the weight of cover to be not less than 4.5 kg.

Repairing rectangular brickmasonry manhole chamber of size (inside dimensions) about 90 cm x 80 cm x 60 cm (avge depth) in the following steps.

a) Pumping out accumulated sewage mechanically, washing and drying the inside of chamber, b) Chipping away loose mortar and clearing the debris from inside the chamber, c) Sealing cracks in brick masonry with approved sealing compound applied with trowel under hand pressure. d) Plastering the inside with 12 mm (average) thickness cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with accelerating compound in adequate proportion. e) Neat cement punning the plastered surface after, the plaster has set.

Dismantling existing damaged 110 mm PVC sewage pipe line, by removing the overlying paverblocks, dismantling any covering concrete and clearing debris, stacking within 50 m lead.

P/L SWR single socketed pipe Class B of 110 mm dia, including connecting the pipe with approved sovent cement all complete.

Paverblock work using available paver blocks, including providing adequate sand bedding, and table vibrating the block work after laying and filling the interstices with coarse sand, and binding with cement mircoconcrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 to 12.5 mm nominal size) at joints and edges.

Providing and fixing SWR type B 110 mm dia plain or threaded fittings.

Cleaning of brick masonry/RCC septic tank of 100 users capacity of size about 7 m x 3 m x 2.70 m, mechanically using sewer pump and filling with water after washing, including cost for safe disposal at approved dumping sites in the municipal premises.

Pressure washing the terrace of area about 500 sqm, including clearing debris and clearing the gratings leading to storm drain pipes, all complete.
