SUB-HEAD I : SITC OF VCB PANEL, TRANSFORMER & LT PANEL
Supply & Delivery of Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad,single tier, totally enclosed and fully interlocked, fully compartmentalized, free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos 800 A VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing) as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 2 nos 1000 KVA Dry Type Transformers.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with PT & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.
Supply & Delivery 1000 KVA, 3 Phase , Cast Resin Dry Type Transfirmer suitable for operation in 11KV/415V, 50Hz power supply, having cable end box in the HV side & provision for bus truncking at LV side and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification and approved make attached (uploaded in the specification section)
Installation, Testing & commissioning of above 11 KV/ 415 volt, 1000 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.
SUB-HEAD II : SITC OF BUS TRUNKING ARRANGEMENT
Supply & fixing of sheet steel bus-trunking of approx. overall dimension of 750 mm (width) & 400 mm (height) fabricated from 16 SWG sheet steel and MS frame made of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle with detachable front cover & equipped with 4 set copper bars of size (2 x 100 mm x 10 mm) 3000 mm length or equivalent for 3-Phases & neutral duly mounted on insulated chair with heat shrink colour sleeves. The bus-trunking will be suspended from the ceiling with necy. mouting rod / angle etc. as required. The bus-trunking will be duly powder coated paint. [From secondary (LT) terminal of 2 nos 1000 KVA dry type transformer to 2 nos 1600A incomer ACB of LT panel board ]
S & F 1600A copper braided link for Transformer bushing (Secondary) to Bus duct and Busduct to Incomer ACB of LT Panel as per direction of EIC.

SUB HEAD V - EARTHING Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 6.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (6 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 6.0 Mts ( 4nos. for both Supplier and consumer HT Gear, 4 nos for 2 DG sets Neutral Earthing, 4 nos for 2 transformers body earthing, 4 nos for 2 transformers neutral earthing 4 Nos. for 2 DG Sets body earthing, 4 Nos. for 2 AMF Panels, 2nos for each for 6 nos. Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized tinned (Hot dip) copper bar flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. (For Neutral Earthing)

The pole should be 8.0 Mtr long, bottom dia-130 mm, top dia-70 m m, th ickness-4 m m, continuously tapered and shall have octagonal cross section with pole cap at top, necessary cleat attachment/hanger for arm brackets. Base-plate having dimension 220x220x12 mm and 4 nos 'J' Type foundation bolt with double nut and plate washer, bolt dia 20 mm , PCD- 205 mm ,bolt length- 700 mm, Projected bolt length - 100 mm (these dimention are subjected to tolerance as per 1S-2102 except for bending radius). The pole wil1 consist of a built-in loop-box having one 32A 4-terminal stud type connector, one 250V 5A kit-kat fuse unit, one ML on porcelain insulator, it permits clear access to equipment like cables, socket, etc . The door opening shall be complete with closefitting, vandal resistance, weatherproof door ( to IP-55 of IS:2l47) , providing with a heavy duty double internal lock with special paddle key. The Pole should be supplied with adequate templates for the purpose of construction of base foundation.The pole should have earthing terminals 02(two) nos at a height of 600 mm from the base plate for connection of earth continuity wires/ conductors. There should be multiple alkathene pipes upto 1.2 mtrs of 50 mm dia of adequate lehgth for distribution of incoming & outgoing cables for street light wiring as directed by EIC in the CC foundation of octagonal poles.

The work is inclusive of erection of Feeder Piller Box of above size on 10" brick padestal of 10" size should be appropriate according to the above Feeder Pillar and dimensions of the same approved be the EIC (minimum height 600mm bellow Goround level and 600mm above G.L) incl.sand cement plastering and neat cement finishing. Inside the brick padestalwill be filled up by loose sand where the incoming & outgoing cable will be rest.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. c. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules d. Rates should be quoted inclusive of all Taxes and Duties.
