Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.1 above here-in-before but bepth exceeding 1.5 Mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as spd and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type soil complete all as spd and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning for under ground cable upto 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 23 cm.The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I of 2009.( Punned thickness shall be considererd for payment)

Material and labour for old size sub class 'B' bricks well burnt , laid dry flat for protection of cables complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregates as in foundation and mass concrete for foundation concrete of poles complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations for stay/copings etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & erection steel tubular pole 9 mtr long type 410 SP-31 complete with base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and errecting in truely vertical position and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by making 30 cm wide strips (total 5 nos) with black and yellow paint and writing pole number including taking out old pole,complete all as spd and directed.(Note Necessary earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective item of Sch.).

M&L for cross arms bracing supports clamps, back plates fabricated from steel section incuding nuts,bolts and washers welding,drilling hole complete including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified.

Supply and laying in trenches through pipe or under culvert of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty 1100 volts grade of size 240 sqmm, 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel /bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating and taking down the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note – Necessary earthwork ,sand cushioning,brick protection etc shall be measured and paid under respective item of Sch.

All as per item No 11 above but cable of size 150 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 11 above but cable of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 11 above but cable of size 95 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall, along the pole complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate No 5 all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust,salt etc and GI protection pipe ,medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm ,medium grade with funnel and wire mesh ,15mm thick pre-cast RCC N-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended braches of trees upto a distance 3 meter from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 meters away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinty & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned I/C JE E/M before carrying out the work. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility.

Restringing/ restretching aluminium conductor on existing over head lines including necessary binding with binding wire with insulator , connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed at various areas under complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) any type/size for LT lines on steel tubular poles/PCC poles, streching without kinks and bends and binding with aluminum binding wires including taking down old ACSR conductor of any size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement shackle type, procelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised iron steel straps, washer and insulator bolt dia 12 mm , washers, nuts one galvanised iron nut 75 mm height, 90 mm dia for 1100 volts grade including dismantling old unserviceable insulators complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of 16 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green with overall dimensions 65x90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm including dismantling old unserviceable insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanized stranded stay wire of size 7/4.00 mm including necessary binding with insulator, clamp and stay clamp complete all as specifed and directed.

Painting to LT pcc pole of any size including cross arms and street light bracket ligt upto 1.5 metre height from bottom with two coat of synthetic aluminium enamel paint including 5 Nos 30cm wide strip of black and yellow paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint alongwith writing word "LT", and pole No complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note- T&P & ladder for painting will be deemed included in quoted rate)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement Busbar box with factory fabricated prewired bus bar of appropriate size out door dust vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with front openable shutters, powder coated externally and internally, having locking arangement and mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame/legs with four legs 45cm high , embedded in PCC (1:4:8) having aluminum bus bar 200 A for three phase and neutral complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Installation ,testing & commisioning of totally enclosed feeder pillar outdoor type of 1200x1800x600 (IP-65) fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type(independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs , bus bar chamber (enclosed) including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor , TPN bus bar of aluminium strip (4 Nos) insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault lavel at 415 Volts having legs 45 cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonary plateform upto 30 cms comprising of the fwg accessories :-

(a) MCCB 4 pole, 400 A, 415 volt 50HZ with thermal setting 70% to 100% and rupturing capacity not less than 36 KA - 01 No (for Incoming) .

(b) MCCB 4 pole, 200 A, 415 volt 50HZ with thermal setting 70% to 100% and rupturing capacity not less than 36 KA - 2 Nos (for out going).

(c) MCCB 4 pole, 100 A, 415 volt 50HZ with thermal setting 70% to 100% and rupturing capacity not less than 25 KA - 1 Nos (for out going).

(f) LEDPhase indicating lamp (Set of three)- 03 Nos (RYB)

Note : (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottem with cable glands with fault withstanding capacity 25 KA. (ii) Fabrication of feeder piller box to be approved by CPRI width of the panel not less than 60cms fitted with earth bus. (iii) Cost for construction of plateform for panel of brick masonary work (60 cms above GL) in CM 1:6 with foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (10 cm thick) including plaster work in CM 1:4 and PCC copping 1:2:4, 40 mm thick (using 20 mm graded stone aggerate ) ,deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item.

Taking out the old unserviceable /burnt MCCBs of various capacity and make from different LT panels after proper shutdown form the respective sub station and Provision of MCCB 400 Amp ,4 pole 415 volts ,3 phase ,50 Hz AC with thermal megnetic setting & 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993(Latest Version) load line biased suitable for isolation. The MCCB should have Ics= 100% Icu for short circuit breaking capacity of minimum 36 kA rms at 415 volts 50 Hz AC. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed.
