Supply and laying of 3 inch 80 NB GI pipe (medium class B) on ground with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., and making good the damages of road with concrete mixture of 1 : 2 : 4 including watering & ramming etc. as required.

Supply and laying of one number of 12 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated aluminium cable as required.

Supply and laying one number of the 8 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing from solar system to the GI pipe earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of Hot dipped Galvanised continously tapered octagonal pole made from 3 mm thick sheet of overall length 7 Metre, Provision for fixing flood light fitting with 330 x 275 x 85 mm size MS 'C' channel of 240 cm length, supporting with two numbers of 32mm GI pipe (class 'B') neatly welded to the C channel at the top of the pole and an adjustable base plate of required size and gauge for fixing the light fitting , with standard arm cap. The bottom dia of the pole shall be minimum 130 mm and top 70 mm with inbuilt cable loop in loop out box with flush door and locking facility. The pole shall be with base plate of 200x200x12mm and 4 Nos M24 x 600 mm long foundation bolt. The Pole should be with c type clamp welded on the top for connecting the safety belt. Supply and installation of a double arm decorative bracket on the existing pole, including all required mounting hardware, clamps, bolts, brackets, and accessories to ensure proper alignment and secure fixing. The work shall include drilling, fabrication adjustments (if required), surface finishing, and making good any damages to the existing pole to complete the installation as directed.Make Bajaj/Jaquar (OPO-BLK-POLBKTS04SA7501M)/equivalent. Numbering / Marking the poles using black paint firmly etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Round LED High bay Luminaire having power consumption not more than 155W and light output not less than 25000 Lumens with System efficacy> 160 Lumen/Watt. Luminaire Housing shall made of corrosion proof LM6 grade Pressure die cast aluminum body with integrated pc lens cover with IP65 ,IK08 protection and Zinc plated M16 Eyebolt for mounting. The Luminaire should be having Minimum 50000 Burning hours(L70B50) with CRI ≥70 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K. The LED used in the luminaire shall be of make Lumileds, Osram or Bridgelux only. The driver and luminaire must be thermally isolated from each other . The luminaire should have 6KV surge protection integrated in driver with 90% driver efficiency, PF≥0.95 and operating voltage range 120- 270V High voltage cutoff@325 ± 15V with Auto restart feature and total harmonic distortion THD≤10% . The connection from driver to led engine should be through waterproof glands and not any open connectors to maintain the product IP rating .The luminaire and driver shall be separately BIS approved of same make equivalent to Philips/Osram/Lighting Technologies .LM80,LM79 ,Type Test certificate and Bis certificate need to be submitted.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a small-type distribution board 'weather proof' (Hensel KV6106), with FIXCONNECT® neutral and protective earth terminals, suitable for DIN rail mounting on a 35 mm top-hat profile. The distribution board shall accommodate up to 1 × 6 modules (18 mm each) and be suitable for devices with rated current up to 63 A. The unit shall have a rated voltage of 400 V, protection class II (double insulated), and a terminal rated current of 101 A, with non-separable neutral. Power dissipation capability shall comply with DIN EN 60670-24. The item shall include all necessary accessories, internal wiring, fixing, testing, and commissioning, complete and in accordance with applicable standards.

Electrical Scheamatic drawing in Autocad and pdf format along with physical copy of the same for Electrical Inspectorate approval (along with seal, signature and License details of A class contractor) and complete assistance in obtaining the neccessory approval from the Electrical Inspectorate, ensuring that all compliance requirements and procedures are properly followed etc as required

Supplying and fixing 8 pole MCB metal enclosure on surface / recess, complete with earth bar, din bar, detached gland plate, interconnection, phosphetized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable details tags using Aluminium sheet of size 10 cm X 3 cm X 2 mm or nearest size on the existing cable.

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply and laying of 3 inch 80 NB GI pipe (medium class B) on ground or Wall with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground or wall including conceiling or clamping. Necessory civil works as required.

Supply of suitable amount (60kg) of earthing compound (EXCEL compound or equivalent) etc. as required.
