Hire charge of erection , fitting and fixing of steel tubulur structure (hanger) made with 50mm dia MS tube truss frame made with two lines at top and bottom in curved manner of different sizes of 1.2 m and 2.4m section fitting with 6mm thick MS plate joint in both faces and providing diagonal crosds bracing in between the pipes of 25 mm dia of 2nos and 8nos respectively fitted the frames with one another boltings with 50mm long, 16mm dia bolt and nut, the lower most frame to be fixed on base plate of size (1.2m X 0.40m X 0.012m ), the truss of height 8m to be replaced at an interval of 3m with 50mm dia MS tube purlin 40nos, horizontallly to cover 32.00m curvature length along the truss with bolt and nut including carriage of materials at site removing the same after the function is over as directed and specified and complete. ( all the materials are contractors property).

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pan dal with kutchi design cloth both inside and outside and removal of the same after the function.(All Materials are contractors property.)

Construction of stage of 2.00m height with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.2m apart and the flatform with 25mm thik plywood board over the frame fixing with bolt and nut including steel frame, staircase as directed by the department .(All Materials are contractors property).

Wooden flooring extra including fixing to wooden fframe with iron screws, nails etc. Red port complete as directed by the dept. including dismantling of the same after the function is over (All the dismantled Materials will be contractors property as the salvage value is considered).

Providing bamboo barricade to satisfy the requirement to ensure proper security by making the field by semi circular and other lines as per requirement and plotting the position with line making sector wise as per drawing digging holes for fixing the ground posts minimum dia 75mm in proper position (including return filling properly) at a distance of 1.5m. The size ofd post being 1.95cm (1.20m above ground and 0.75m below ground grooving properly for existing of horizontal round bamboo railing minimum 75mm dia brought to proper shape fitting at a distance 45 cm above ground in lines and tying regularly coir rope as per requirement of security including local carriage of materials within two coats of lime washing as per dirrection and dismantling and removal of materials after the function. (Bamboo nad coir rope are contractor property).

Printing, framing and fixing flex including local carrage etc. complete as directed including cost of dismantling after the function is over. (All the dismantled materials will be contractors property as the salvage value is considered).

Providing partition wall using 6 mm Ply and both side printed flex in steel frame of height 2.42 mm and including PVC door with fixings for attached toilet and 1 wooden door for room

Providing sanitary and water supply installation for one room with attached toilets etc. as directed by the deptt.

Hire charge of red carpet including carrage as directed by the deptt.

Fitting and fixing PVC fire resistant tarpoline over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and laying the tarpoline with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials and removing the same after the function as directed and specified.
