Dismantling of walls between Car sheds, Store room, Rest rooms, Open area etc, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of wall, masonry work of Rcc slab/ brick/laterite/rubble in cement mortar including disposal of debris within a distance of 150 M etc complete as per standard specification..

Brick masonry in CM 1:6 for construction of walls in Car shed, Rest room, Open area etc using good quality wire cut brick etc including all cost and conveyance of all materials all labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, loading / unloading charges hire charges tools and plants etc complete as per standard specification but including cost of cement.

Plastering of newly constructed brick walls and Flooring in Car sheds, Rest rooms, Open area wherever required with cm 1:4 15 mm thick one coat at all heights and levels floated hard and trowelled smooth including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, and curing , water proofing admixtures etc complete as per standard specification but including cost of cement.

Supplying and fixing Verified Floor/wall tile (Glossy/matt finish tiles) on the floors in Rest rooms of Security and Housekeeping staff using approved premium quality and size in CM 1:4, 15mm thick and pointing with suitable coloured cement / epoxy compound etc including all cost conveyance of materials hire charges for tools and plants and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification but including cost of cement.

Dismantling and re-fixing the existing interlock tiles of Car shed flooring after completing required maintenance & repairs of base flooring and fix the inter lock tiles in CM 1:4, 15mm thick and pointing with suitable coloured cement / epoxy compound etc including all cost conveyance of materials hire charges for tools and plants and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification but including cost of cement.

Repairing, strengthening and pointing the existing RR masonry side wall in between drainage & IRERC boundary wall after cutting & removing country wood trees/unwanted vegetations, filling the pot holes/ damaged area of the said wall with rubble/cement concrete and pointing/plastering the surface including all cost and conveyance of materials labour charge ,hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding etc complete as per standard specification but including cost of cement.

Painting the in & out side walls surface of Car sheds, Store rooms, Rest Rooms, Toilets and Open area of buildings with first quality exterior emulsion of approved quality and colour (Asian/Indigo make) two coats after one coat of exterior cement primer coating including cleaning the surface water wash / sand papering/ patch repairing for approved exterior putty/wall or ceiling crack filling with approved crack filler/ patch plastering with cement mortar 1:3 etc at all heights and levels including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, scaffolding charges, etc complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint /Polyurethene clear paint of approved quality (Berger/Asian/ ICI Dulux make) and colour two coats to doors, windows, ventilators etc of the above building including painting of MS bars after sand papering, cleaning the surface, painting priming coat to MS bars etc including all cost and conveyance of materials labour charge ,hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding etc complete as per standard specification.

Dismantling and removing AC sheet roofing and side cladding at all heights using proper tools and plants without damaging the adjacent structures , lowering carefully and stacking materials useful for reuse at convenient place as directed by the company authorities and depositing the waste materials in the scrap yard including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, providing necessary scaffolding (including hire charges and labour charges for Scaffolding) etc complete as per standard specification.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of steel structures , MS angles, channels, plates etc by welded or bolted in built up /single sections for purlins, rafters, truss etc of Car sheds, Rest rooms of the building including conveyance of all materials, and all labour charges, loading & unloading charges, all labour charges, cost of consumables, applying one coat of marine primer and two coat of enamel paint, etc providing temporary support for adjoining structures, hire charges for tools and plants, loading unloading charges, dismantling existing wooden / Sleet frame works, hire charges and labour charges for Scaffolding etc complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing with AC corrugated Roofing / side clading sheet of the above building including fixing with suitable size Zinc phosphated galvanised and polymer coated J or L bolts with washer including necessary overlap of 150mm at ends covering conveyance of all materials , loading & unloading charges ,all labour charges hire charges for tools and plants, dismantling and removing existing damaged roof sheets of the building housing Car sheds, Store rooms, Rest rooms etc. by dismantling and replacing the sheets of nearest bay for easiness of the work and removing the same if necessary etc complete as per standard specification. (AC sheet make: Everest/ Ramco or equivalent with ISI mark)

Roofing with UPVC Roof sheet 2mm thick or nearest size including fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts, nuts and washers with cap including necessary overlap of 150mm at ends after dismantling the existing damaged roof sheets of Car sheds and providing required maintenance & repairs, painting etc including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, loading and unloading charges , providing necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per standard specification.
