M & L for disconnecting electrical connection & outlet pipe connection, taking out submersible pump and motor of any capacity from the tube well / borewell lowered at the depth of up to appx 150m and above from the ground level complete with HDPE pipe and submersible cable, casing caping pipe etc after development/cleaning of borewell lowering the same pump after minor repairing / servicing along with HDPE pipe and electric cable including fixing of cable to pipe with PVC strip, replacement of clamps and GI bolts, nut and washers, casing capping bell cap etc, connecting electrical connecting & delivery pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for trial bore of 200mm dia up to suitable depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone / boluder including electric logging MS cap MS flat iron clamps reducing socket etc. including casing pipe of 200/150mm dia and thickness 8mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for development of trial bore by Reaming up to 200 mm for up to suitable length from ground level including UPVC pipe for suitable length casing pipe 200mm dia and thickness 8mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair submersible pump cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade and connecting complete including taking out old unsv damaged cable of following sizes:-

Supply and fix in repair high pressure, heavy duty cast iron non return valve/ check valve of following sizes, conforming to BS 1868, Class 600, suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sq cm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable non return valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed for the following:- Make Kirloskar / Kartar/ Zoloto. Note : Suitable size MS flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Supply & fix in repair of cast iron Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size as under, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed for the following . Make: Kirloskar / Kartar/Zoloto. Note : Suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.
