The above Frame should be fixed to brick/ concrete masonry by using Nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames.Windows shall be provided with fixed Stainless steel 32gauge wire mesh/gauze of 304grade with 144 holes per square inch for mosquito proofing with the help of nut, bolt and flat iron of 20x3mm size on top and Grill made of 12mm MS Square bars welded to 25x4mm angle iron . Distance between bars should not be more than 125mm centre to centre. Total Grill and wire mess unit shall be powder coated. Assembling and installation of windows and ventilators shall be all as per details shown/mentioned on drawings and as per manufacturer‟s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e. APP Membrane, brick tiling including concrete padding and benching and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material without damaging existing serviceable structure complete to receive new roof treatment including rubbish off the premises upto a distance exc 250 mtr but n.exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:3) mixed with acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Prpportion of mix and method of mixing of approved liquid water proofer admixture should be applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions) (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing water tank of any capacity including monkey cage from roof and keeping aside and refixing in same position including any fitting reqiured after carrying out water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed with following course of description below :- (i) Applying a priming one coat of bituminious primer evenly @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.60 Kg/Sqm and minmum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm and end overlap of 100mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (iii) Apply two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP Membrance. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms of app membrane. The contractor shall submitted 10 year company backed warranty before claiming payments complete all as specified and directed.) (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these iems.)

M&L Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc designed with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including welding MS square bar/flat iron to the existing grill at various accn/floor and making good to disturbed area of Brickwork & concrete surface including plastering with two coats of acrylic distemper complete all as specified and directed.
