M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including demolition of old pcc surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base of paving concrete100mm thick including demolition of Concrete of any description complete all as directed

M & L for providing precast cement concrete bounders type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in Cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for walling (Except stone) of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 including Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry,complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape and required and trying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia weight not exceeding 4.00 kg per sqm including welding to existing frame work and including dismantalling of old unservicable wire fabric complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe of 450 mm dia including demolition of old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-20 (Design Mix) as in foundation, including raft, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns including demolition of old RCC etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered of walls and applying two coat of exterior weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a wall care putty of 1 mm thickness complete all as specified
