Electrification of Town Hall

Supply and wiring points according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC ivory conduit of minimum size 20 mm conforming to IS 9537 part III 1983 and with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988, fixing the conduit using metal saddles spacing not exceeding 50 cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00 sq mm PVC insulated stranded single core FR copper conductor cable 650V grade, including providing switch board main ,and continuous earthing with 1.5sq mm green coloured FR wire , required qty of copper earth socket, brags bolt and nut crimping etc complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (white) etc. up to and including 6 A modular type ROHS compliant SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc. complete. All the terminations in the switch boards and DB's shall be tinned and the wires shall be drawn and fixed along the periphery of the box using suitable ties, tie mounts etc as required. Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired light fitting made of CRCA sheet of .5mm thickness complete with all accessories and lamps etc. directly on wall using 2 nos. flat iron brackets made from 25x6mm flat iron, painting the fiat iron bracket and giving connections with required length of 16/0.20mm 3 core copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and giving connection etc. as required.16/ 20 W LED Lamp box type philips or equallant.

Supply conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of the LED light fittings, square type 18 W philps make or equalant lamps directly on celing and giving connections with 16/0.20 mm 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed round copper conductor flex wire or extending the original wiring and giving connections as required

Supply conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of the LED light fittings, square type 28 W chiips make or equalant lamps directly on celing and giving connections with 16/0.20 mm 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed round copper conductor flex wire or extending the original wiring and giving connections as required ( 4 for stage & front)

Supply conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Strip with driver - Osram (warm) etc as required.

Supply and fixing angle / straight brass lined skirt type, bakelite batten holder with shade and 12 W LED bulb giving connection etc as required

Supply and fixing cast aluminium stove enameled bulk head fitting with deep drawn anodised aluminium body, epoxy powder coated, heat resistant prismatic glass cover with 12 W LED bulb to wall / ceiling including giving connections with required length of 16/0.20mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core round copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and making good the surface as required.

Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired light fitting of the following types complete with all accessories and lamps etc. in the existing GI pipe and giving connections with required length of 16/0.20mm 3 core copper conductor flex wire conforming to relevant ISS or extending the original wiring and giving connection etc. as required. 72 W LED street light fittings.Bajaj or Equallant make

Supply, fabrication, conveyance and fixing the following sizes of B class. GI pipe bent to shape / cut and welded to shape and fixing the same to wall / parapet using clamps as noted along with each size, painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required (for the installation of outdoor light fittings). 32 mm dia with HG company fabricated clamps

Supply and fixing of 30 w LED Fancy post top landed -fittings with poly carbonate unbreakable doom, globe light, fancy light, Bajaj mke or equallant type and giving connection etc as required

Conveyance and fitting charges of the existing round shaped post top fitting and giving connectuon.

Supply and fitting/Conceling suitable size sintex box on the post

Supply and Fixing 6 A kit kat fuse in box

Supply and fixing 6 A 2way Neurtal link in box and g;ving connection

Supplying, laying and jointing of the following sizes of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made out of HDPE conforming to IS 14930 Part II for mechanical protection to underground power cables with ail required accessories in ground in the existing trench 40 / 32 mm or nearest size

Supply and clamping the following sizes of "B" class GI pipe on wall with all required accessories & clamps etc., including cutting and making good the walls, painting the exposed portions etc., as protective covering to earth leads / cables. 20 mm dia light gauge

Supply and installation of suitable size MS rod type fan clamp as per IS 732 as required.

Supply and installation of suitable size belt type fan clamp as per IS 732 as required.

Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning wall mounting fan ( air circulater) of the following sizes using mounting brackets supplied along with the fan and giving connection with existing wire.600 mm sweep (Almonard , Crompton or equallant make)

Charges for cutting holes suitable for accommodating exhaust fans of sizes exceeding 305 mm sweep up to 450 mm including plastering, colour washing etc. as required
