SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AT BLDG NO. P-95 AT SRC RAMGARH CANTT UNDER GE RAMGARH

Taking down complete existing treatment of roof/parapet, mud puska on roof/parapet including plastering, brick tiles, stone slabs and leeping any thickness including removal etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry (3 Kg of cement per Sqm) mixed with chemical compound in the proportion chemical compound, water and cement (1:4:7) or as per manufacturer's instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting 75 mm wide and 65 deep in brick wall/PCC block/RCC surface any location shaping horizontal face groove filled with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate with and including chemical compound mixed in proportion 200 mili litre per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions laid when concrete is still green, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof/sunken slab/wall , complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Water Proofing treatment on "non approachable/non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal and vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer/authorised applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Applying approved bituminous based primer conforming to IS: 3384-1955 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on top surface of prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polyprolylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with minimum 100 mm side overlap along the length from downward to upward completely sealed with Torch apllication /hot blown lamps. (iii) Applying two coats of bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing membrane.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) for ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface work in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated surface of walls by brooming down and wire brusing etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated surface of walls by brooming down and wire brusing etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair and rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on chajjas n.exc 60cm width after removing cracked plaster and concrete including cleaning of visible reinforcement and treating with cement slurry also necessary repair to cracked concrete if any with concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate including necessary scaffolding work for double/single storey building, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutter, soil waste and vent, rain water pipes (any size or pattern) , including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, with pvc clamps, including applying PCC (1:2:4) for fastening etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F, 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, with pvc clamps, including applying PCC (1:2:4) for fastening etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F, 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor for 20mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and down GI tubing including GI fittings complete from trench/wall/ceiling/floor for 25mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for GI tubing medium grade including all types of fittings of ISI marked laid in floor or fixed to walls suitable for 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for GI tubing medium grade including all types of fittings of ISI marked laid in floor or fixed to walls suitable for 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of GI tubing and connection including new GI fittings complete in wall suitable for 20 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of GI tubing and connection including new GI fittings complete in wall suitable for 25 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tank setting aside lowering if required for repairs cleaning etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position (cleaning repairing etc., measured separately) for tank exc. 500 Ltr but n.exc 1000 Ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed.
