DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick,PCC Block or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 as in ceiling as in patches finished even & fair complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm bore PTMT ball valves, high pressure with polyethylene float and fly nuts complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified & directed

M & L for disconnecting existing over head water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n.exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete including embossing date of completion of cleaning by stencil with paint all as specified and directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene three layered water storage tanks 500 Litres capacity (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including taking down existing water tank complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 and fixed with `J' or `L' hooks including with washers as in roof covering, wall etc. including dismantling of unserviceable old sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of new steel roof sheet corrugated / plain surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, by coating with mordant solution includng washing and cleaing etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (MB Green) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparing of old steel roof sheet corrugated / plain surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (MB Green) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint 1st quality paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The tint/ shade of the paint shall be as approved by the GE.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying 2mm thick a layer of wall putty on wall surfaces including cornices etc to obtain smooth surface to achive cement base paint/ oil bound distemper etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Coats of cement base paint/ oil bound distemper shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rubbing and polishing to existing old kota stone slab/marble/terrazzo flooring and skirting to achieve required finish complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC water tank cover 500 Ltr capacity including tying of tank cover with tank complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of vegetation, plants, bushes etc from roofs / walls including taking out of root and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1 : 2 : 4 and plastering with CM 1 : 4 and painting with matching finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint 1st quality (Apex ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger/Shalimar) on kerb stones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The tint/ shade of the paint shall be as approved by the GE.
