Cement concrete of specified grades at all locations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. NOTES:- a) Reinforcement provided if any shall be measured & paid under relevant item. b) MS frame works around pedestals etc. if provided shall be measured under relevant item. c) The dimensions of pedestals/ foundations are likely to be varied and rate quoted shall be final without any additional cost to the Department.
PCC M-10 grade in bed concrete to pile caps, foundations, pedestal, encasing, storm water drains etc.
PCC M-15 grade in sub base flooring, foundation in pedestals, cable pits, cable trenches, plinth protection, encasing, storm water drains haunching, etc.
Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S.456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, using 20mm maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge, for the following.Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S.456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, using 20mm maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge, for the following. Notes for Reinforced Cement Concrete works: i) Cement for structural works shall be OPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. ii) PPC/ blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. iii) All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications.iv) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. v) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm. maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. vi) The water tank and other tanks shall be executed strictly as per following criteria without any additional cost. a) The water tank and other tank work shall be executed as per IS 3370 latest editions in addition to other relevant IS code mentioned elsewhere. b) The minimum cement content for water retaining structures tank shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. c) During construction of raft slab of underground tank, lift pit dewatering shall be continuously carried out to avoid developent of water pressure. d) Dead load in the form of sand bag shall be placed on the raft slab of underground tank, lift pit, so as to counteract the pore pressure untill the walls are constructed and back filling is done. Number of sand bags required and time period of loading etc. shall be at the descretion of the Engineer in Charge. vii) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department. a) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. b) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by/ through the dept. c) Making cutout whereever required including cutting the form works etc.d) Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.
For all type of Structural/ RCC elements with all geometrical shape and sizes
Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS:4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC/ PCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval for RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. iii) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure works.
Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation and plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, where plastering to be done, including all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for form work: a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of form work shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces. c) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of formwork shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. d) Nothing extra shall be entertained for revision in drawings
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineerin charge. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.
Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in sub structure at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately) Note for masonry work: a) The contractor shall get approved the samples of autoclaved aerated cement blocks from the Engineer-In-Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. b) Necessary Openings/ nitches/ pipe sleeves/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. c) Masonry wall thickness shall be considered as 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm thick and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in Ready Mix Mortar 1:4 to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. d) The rate shall include cost of making autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.
Cement plaster using READY MIX Plaster (RMP) of approved manufacturer in single/ double coat over concrete/ masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 of thickness mentioned below at lift pit/ trenches and all locations to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
20 mm thick smooth finish in two coats on concrete surfaces (internal trench/pit) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.
Providing 15 mm thick plastering in single coat over concrete surfaces, top of coping, bed of drains etc. using Ready Mix Plastering compound of Approved make at all levels & lead finishing smooth with neat cement to correct line, level, plumb and curing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials/ debris by mechanical transport at approved disposal ground outside Campus including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.

Supplying and spreading pesticides chlorpyriphos or other chemical approved by central insecticides board as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-construction anti-termite treatment at the rate of 7.5 liters per sq.m. on vertical and 5 ltrs. per sq.m. on horizontal surfaces (or as directed by the manufacturer) within the trenches, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm. centre to centre etc. complete as per IS 6313 Part-II. (The payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurement only at ground floor/ stilt area for all stages of operation and vertical face will not be measured for payment) all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: a) This item will be executed through approved agency who is a member of Indian Pest Control Association, approved by Central Insecticides Board. b) The contractor shall have to furnish ten years guarantee in the prescribed proforma as per Section-10 (iv) Conditions and clauses of contract-2008, to maintain the anti-termite treated area/ structure free from termite. c) Prior approval of Engineer in Charge shall be obtained after testing the chemical for antitermite to be used and shall be tested in approved laboratory and to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. Cost of testing shall be included in the rates quoted.
Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes for waterproofing works:- a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer-in-charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing agency before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section 10 (iii) of Condition & Clauses of Contract 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the water proofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a weeks time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The contractor shall keep the watertank and other tanks filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the waterproofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the flats, if found necessary by the Engineer-in-charge. e) Wherever Cement motar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix.
Providing and laying patent box type cement based water proofing treatment of approved agency for basement raft, vertical walls, lift well & trenches etc. at all levels & locations as per specification of the water proofing agency including cleaning of surfaces, curing and testing the basement raft/ pit for water tightness, rectification of defects if any, etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per the following.
Providing 50 mm to 70mm thick waterproofing treatment on horizontal surfaces for base/ floor consisting of i) Ist layer shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion. Joints shall be sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in proportions recommended by the manufacturer. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.
Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality (rough stone slab) with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportion with a gap of 20mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior stone slab with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 20mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Galvanized Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists, bars, tubes, SHS, RHS and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for Gates, structural steel floors, frameworks, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, bending to shape (Curve and as approved design / any shape as per drawing) hoisting/ erecting, wastages, fixing in position, scaffolding, bracing, providing and fixing in position with necessary Masonry / RRM / RCC fasteners, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete / brick work / RRM with necessary heavy duty holdfasts/ screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ brick work/ RRM after fixing/ embedding including getting hot dip galvanizing treatment of application of zinc coating of 460gsm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 to all MS work in approved galvanizing plant etc. and applying two coats of approved metallic shade and colour of synthetic enamel paint over a two coats of a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications,drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge
Providing & fixing MS J bolts & nuts of required size as per structural drawing of 4.8 grade including cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape, wastages, fixing in positions at all levels and locations with necessary welding /tying with binding wire and embedding in position in concrete etc. complete as per specifications, drawings, and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying, fixng in position surrated rubber neo-prene pads at all floors and levels of size 200 x 200 x 25 mm thick of approved quality and make as vibration absorbers for pumps/ machine foundation etc. complete including cutting to the required sizes, wastages etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings, and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Providing & injecting Hilti HIT-RE 500 solutions/injectible mortar for post -installed of following diameter rebar connections in all RCC works wherever required and at all floors and locations including drilling hole of required diameter upto 500mm depth by mechanical means, cleaning holes,fixing rebar,scaffolding,wastages etc. complete as per drawings and Hilti specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in super structure conforming to IS 456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design as per drawings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. PART -I-F : FLOORING WORK Notes: a) Adjustment of levels in thickness of mortar bedding due to different types of flooring, if any, shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department upto theoritical floor thickness of 50mm b) In case theoritical floor thicknes is increased to accommodate Raceways/ Electrical service boxes, additional bedding material beyond floor thickness of 50mm shall be paid extra in lean concrete as approved by EIC. c) The contractor shall submit and get approved the sample for flooring, skirting, dado tiles from Engineer in charge before bulk procurement. d) Pattern & design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer in charge before commencement of work. e) All Exposed edges of all natural stones used for the works like Kotah, Marble, Granite etc. shall be machine cut and shall have uniform thickness, moulded/ champered and mirror polished with high gloss finish as approved by Engineer in charge unless otherwise mentioned. f) The rate shall include cost of making Designs/ patterns in the flooring to all geometrical shapes/ curves of different radius and sizes with no extra cost to the Department. (Any curved design/ patterns in flooring/ Dado, tiles/ stones shall be cut using water jet at factory) g) All Kota stone work shall be mirror polished to get high gloss finish and the rate shall be inclusive of the same in the respective item. h) Wherever dissimilar floor finishes are placed adjacent 3mm thick x 25mm wide aluminium flat dividing strips shall be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Department. i) The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. j) The contractor is to take appropriate step to protect the polishing surface/ glazed surfaces of granite stone, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles flooring and pre polished kotah stone for tread and riser by providing and laying Durafloor protector XF 3mm thick sheet of M/s Supreme Industries along with removing and cleaning the same before handing over without damaging the finished surface & making good if damaged, if any during construction period without any additional cost. The surfaces are to be cleaned / water washed or acid washed as directed by EIC only at the time of handing over without any additional cost. k) Araldite adhesive has to be used for all stonework used for door frames, window JAMBS,Cills, Platform facia etc. wherever required for proper bonding between natural stones unless otherwise mentioned.
Providing and laying machine cut and machine polished Kotah stone flooring at all floor & location with necessary Ready mix mortar 1:4 bedding, close jointed & grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, curing etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs, wherever required, machine polishing/ hand polishing (where machine cannot have access) etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, machine mixing and laying in approved Panels of 40mm thickness IPS flooring in cement concrete mix of 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 12mm maximum size with colouring pigment, at all levels, well vibrated, compacted including providing and fixing 25mm x 3mm thick aluminium dividing strip, laid in panel of size not exceeding 2.00 sqm, to correct level and finished smooth, curing including preparation of surface by cleaning, hacking and exposing aggregate to achieve the bond, all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Ready Mix Mortar plaster 1:4, 20mm thick in skirting with finished smooth wih a floating coat of neat cement, correct to line, level and plumb including rounding of junctions with flooring etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip,to correct level and finished smooth, curing including preparation of surface by cleaning, hacking and exposing aggregate to achieve the bond, all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing 600x600x15mm thk acid proof tiles (Anti static tiles)/ alkali resistant vitrified tile for flooring/ skirting of approved make size and colour as per IS 4457 laid over acid proof cement mortar 1:4, 10mm thick over bedding/ backing of 8-10mm thk bitumastic compound and filling the joints with matching epoxy based grout for full depth of tile using acid proof cement mortar of approved make in specified ratio in required slopes and levels etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & laying at all floors & locations Vitrified tile double charge/ multi charge/ Ultra charge (Glossy/ Matt/ Satin/ Stonex finish) from approved manufacturers conforming to IS 15622 in flooring/ skirting/ dado/ cladding at all floors and location, heights/ levels and lead in approved pattern and colour laid over Ready Mix Mortar bedding/ backing, including cleaning and preparing the surface for bedding, spreading the neat cement slurry, close jointed and grouted with matching coloured ready made cement grout and approved pigment as per manufacturer's specifications, finished to level, line, slope and plumb, cutting of tiles, wastage, making openings/ cut out if neccesary, final cleaning of surfaces, curing etc. all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly.

For kitchen platform/ wash basin counter top, upto 600mm wide and upto 2000 mm long in single piece in combination, consisting of machine cut machine polished on one side minimum 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 ready mix cement mortar, between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any to fix Sink/ wash basin, including necessary cement paste, moulding and polishing the edges, providing required slope to drain away water, etc. complete.
For facia, in kitchen platform facia / wash basin counter facia upto 100 mm wide / 300 high vertical sides / or any other size as shown in the drawing, machine cut machine polished, on one side 18mm thick jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin based adhesive (Araldite or equivalent), with clamp/ pins as per requirement, including round moulding and polishing the edges and with chamfered edges (3mm chamfer) etc. complete.
For horizontal beading of size 40mm to 60mm wide x 18mm thick, On top of kitchen platform/ wash basin counter, with machine cut machine polished Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding/ pencil edge finish and polishing the edges, filling the gaps with adhesive etc. complete.

For vertical support of wash basin Counter/ kitchen platform/ shelves/ Bag racks etc., consisting of 2 nos 30 mm thick cuddappah stones, machine cut machine polished on exposed sides, placed back to back, sandwiched between the stones with 40 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only).
For vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of 1 no 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs and other side 18mm thick jet black granite stone back to back, sandwiched between the stones with 52 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges all in line, level, plumb etc. complete. Note:- The two stones errected for each vertical support shall be measured as a single unit under this item.
Providing and fixing approved quality Glass Mosaic tiles of size 25mm x 25mm in Dado as per design and drawing, fixing in position at all floors/ locations / heights in flooring/ dado/ cladding, in the approved pattern and colour/ shade including providing and applying approved adhesive as per the manufacturer's specifications for filling and grouting the joints including preparation of surface, cleaning with diluted acid, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Making Medallion Tile Design (As per drg) in Vitrified tile of size 800mm x 800mm and of approved make and dark shades in flooring by cutting tiles using jet spray machine for making design at workshop and laid over 20mm thick ready mix mortar 1:4 bedding including joining with tile adhesive at all floors and levels as instructed by Engineer in charge. Note: i) Rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, making design by jet spray cutting at workshop, transport, wastage, laying etc. ii) Vitrified tile flooring will be paid under relevant item.
Providing and fixing approved quality machine cut, mirror polished 18mm uniform thick granite frame in single piece 100mm to 300mm wide in position at all floors and locations laid over 20 mm thick Ready Mix Mortar in CM 1:3 bedding/ backing in correct line, level and plumb, closed jointed, machine grouting, cement slurry, curing including cutting of stones to get rounded exposed edges, full round nosing on both sides (inside & outside), wastage, final hand polishing, rounding of free exposed stone edges etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Gangsaw cut and line polished Granite stone 18mm thick brown/ approved colour granite stone for door/ window frames/ lift wall jambs & soffits in single piece upto 2400mm including providing and fixing 90mm long stainless steel screws (3 nos in each vertical stone and top stone) with rawl plug by drilling with high efficiency powered hammered drilling machine and finishing with approved putty with suitable pigment including full round nosing/ moulding the front exposed surface both inside & outside edges etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying polyvinylchloride (PVC) tiles manufactured by M/S Bhor/premier /Responsive or other approved equivalent make of thickness specified below of approved colour, pattern and designs for flooring, skirting/ dado fixed with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer's specification including surface preparation etc. & disposal of debris outside colony etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
PVC flooring 3mm thick 4" X 24" size (Wooden Textured emboss)
Providing and fixing antistatic false flooring system for server room as per following specifications: a. FALSE FLOOR: The system should be of nominal 600mm x 600mm (35mm thick) modular panels with heavy-duty pedestals. The total system weight shall not exceed 40 kg/sq.m. The system shall be able to withstand a UDL of 2000 kg/m2 (1117Kg/Sq.mt) and a point load of 450 kg/in2. b. PANEL: Panels shall be made of steel with an infill of lightweight, non-combustible having fire resistance, thermal insulation, and flame resistance properties at 60 min cementitious material. The bottom of the panel shall be embossed in hemispherical shape to give strength and flexural rigidity. The infill material shall not become loose when the panels are cut. Panel should be able to withstand an ultimate load of at least 2.5 (3.00) times the designed point load. c. The entire panel shall be coated with epoxy powder coating of 75-100 microns on the exposed surface. The panel top & bottom sheet shall be 0.9/0.7mm (0.7/0.6mm) resp. Flatness should be 0.2mm. The panels shall have a top covering of anti-static high pressure laminate with resistance of 2x105 – 5x108 ohms. The HPL thickness shall not be less than 1.5mm.(1.6mm). d. PEDESTAL: Pedestal base shall be square of 100mm x 100mm x 2mm bearing area and assemble to a tube of 22mm dia with 2mm wall thickness. The pedestal head should not be less than 3mm thick. The pedestals should be able to accept an axial load of 22,500N and an ultimate load not less than 45,000N. Pedestal head shall be galvanized die-cut steel welded to a counter locking levelling nut. The pedestal head shall be provided with PVC cap for acoustic dampening. Height of pedestal shall be approximate 300 mm for floor /150mm for steps. (STRINGER: Stringer shall be 20mm x 30mm x 1.5mm thick (25mm x 25mm x 1mm) galvanized steel hollow pipe capable of supporting a 205kg point load at the center of the stringer. Stringers shall be individual and rigidly fastened to the pedestals with 6.35mm (1/4”) fasteners.) Note: The False Floor System shall be tested as per CISCA standards for Point Load, Uniform Load, Ultimate Load and Pedestal Axial Load. Test reports from an accredited laboratory to be furnished.
Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Khandolite stone work for cladding including beading as shown in the drawing over 12 mm thick Ready Mix Plaster backing including two coats of Laquer polishing, rubbing with sand-paper, preparation of surface etc. with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

PART I-G : DOORS AND WINDOWS Note: a) The items of door frames, window frames shall include sealing the joints all round with the masonry work/ concrete and doors or windows with approved mastic filler cement grout/ epoxy compound/polysulphide compound or by any other means whatsoever, by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to make the joints watertight. b) The work contemplated under the item for supplying and fixing the window/door frames shall be got done by the contractor through specialised agencies in the field, approved by the Department. c) One sample each of the door frame, shutter and window with all fittings and fixtures along with locking arrangement including glass panes etc. complete as per schedule of quantities drawing and specifications should be submitted for preliminary inspection before procurement on large scale. The contractor shall submit six copies of shop drawings for windows, ventilators and steel door with frames showing dimensional details of construction etc. for approval of the Engineer-in-charge. After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed. Defects etc, if any shall be rectified to the full satisfaction of the Department and after obtaining formal approval in writing of Engineer in charge. d) Door frames, shutters and the windows to be supplied and fixed in position should cater the dimensional tolerance of the openings to an extent of (+/-) 2%. The rates quoted by the tenderers should hold good for such variation. Test shall be conducted by the Department for the flush doors as per IS-2202-1983 Part-I from each consignment and the cost incurred on this account shall be borne by the contractor. e) For bonding the flush doors, block boards, ply wood and all types of wood works, phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin type adhesives conforming to IS-848-1957 shall be used. f) The rate shall include cost of making the doors & windows etc. in all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. g) Decorative veneer and lamination sheets if mentioned shall be hot pressed at factory during manufacturing of door shutters.

TOTAL OF PART : I-H : FITTING & FIXTURES:
PART - I-I : WATERPROOFING TREATMENT: a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section10 (iii) of Conditions and Clauses of Contract - 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification with in a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The Contractor shall keep the water tank filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the water proofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the Building/ flats, if found necessary by the Engineer in Charge. e) Wherever Cement motar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with waterproofing compound as per IS : 2645 :2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/ brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar using C.M 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry & making pattern of 300x300mm square 3mm deep or suitable to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment wherever specified. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.
Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba using cement mortar over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm. for effective slope wherever required.
Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations up to the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., Kitchen and the like consisting of : i) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4. Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound `Impermo' of Snowcem or equivalent conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions. ii) IInd course of cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions, 20mm thick up to finished floor level and 15mm thick above finished floor level up to 600mm. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 Kg per sqm of area. iv) IV th course of 200 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm.)
Providing cement based water proofing treatment by 'Injection & Surface' method of the agency approved by the dept. cement based water proofing treatment of 50 mm. and 20mm. thick for the floor and walls respectively at terrace water tanks, lift well, Tanks for STP, finished perfectly smooth to correct line, level and plumb including preparing the existing surfaces, necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per waterproofing agency's specifications and testing water tank for the water tightness and rectification of defects, if any, to render the outer surface bone dry etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying of Chowgule Koster Dachflex, an elastic (300%), pasty, solvent-free and UV resistant synthetic Waterproofing system with excellent bonding to the substrate. The waterproofing system is brush applied in two coats, reinforced with Glass Fiber Mesh between each coat, which forms a highly flexible, water-tight and water permeable coating. The scope of works includes, treating the joints such as construction joint and separation joint with High Strength Polymer Modified Mortar to ensure an un-interrupted and even coating of waterproofing application. Note: No extra payment shall be made for arrangement of water for carrying out necessary water tightness test.

PART I - J : PLASTERING WORK : Note: a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams. e) Only Ready mix Mortar of approved make shall be used. For richer proportion additional cement to be added in required proportion.
Cement plaster using READY MIX MORTAR (RMM) of approved manufacturer in single/ double coat as specified over Concrete surfaces in thickness as mentioned, in C.M 1:4 or richer by proportionally increasing cement content as required, over plane or curved surfaces at all level including rounding of surfaces wherever required, prepare the surfaces even and smooth in correct line, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, chemical curing etc. complete as per specification drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

20 mm thick in two coats for brick/ concrete surfaces (external / internal) (back coat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.

Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of acrylic premium (plastic) emulsion paint of approved colour and make over a coat of approved cement/ Acrylic primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Painting plastered / concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacturer and of approved colour and shade over a coat of acrylic based water repellant primer of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample and pattern including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint of approved manufacturer & approved pattern over plastered surface by applying one coat of synthetic plaster of thickness as per manufacturer’s specification by trowel/spray and as per approved design (Scratch / Pearl) including finishing the sharp edges at corners, nitches, etc to perfect line, level, plumb and applying two coats finish of approved premium exterior emulsion paint (with PU and silicon technology) as per manufacturer’s recommendations and specification, of approved colour and shade, including all labour, materials, scaffolding, double height staging if required and surface preparation, in plane/curved/any geometric shaped surface, at all heights, leads, lifts and location as specified in the drawing all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. Supplying, applying and placing swellable type water stop tape of size 19mm x 25mm thick of expansive nature for construction joints of RCC walls of water tank including cleaning the construction joints of loose mortar and dust, applying primer @ as per manufacturer specification, unroll the water bar slowly and carefully on the joint without pulling and stretching it too much after the primer dries a little and became sticky and tying with the reinforcement bars as directed all complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Section-I: LT Panel: Design, manufacture,shop testing at works, supply, installation,testing & commissioning of floor mounting front operated front/ rear access, extensible type, complete design verified LT Switchgear Panel as per IEC 61439 with IP-42 protection, IK 10 rating and form 3b separation. suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level as specified in SOQ. All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/bottom as required. The powder coating colour shade for LT Panels shall be as follows:- 1. Panels fed from normal power supply - RAL 7035 2. Panels fed from DG power supply - (Emergency) other shade as per instructions of EIC. Note: 1) All G.A. & fabrication drawings shall be got approved from the E.I.C. Final painting of panel to be done with powder coating. Necessary touch up may be done at site, incase if required. The scope includes all tests as specified in relevant I.S. and as directed by E.I.C. 2) The equipment shall be designed to ensure complete safety during operation inspection, connection of cables etc. 3) The size of the earth bus chosen shall be to withstand full fault current as specified at 415V. 4) All the current transformers are resin cast type class-1 only. 5) Scope includes cable end boxes, reverse entry boxes as per site conditions and extension of bus bars as required for terminating the number of cables as per schematic diagram. 6) G.A. & detailed fabrication drawing and short circuit forces and temp rise calculation for panel including the panel fabricator shall be submitted for dept. approval. 7) Bimetallic washers to be used for all aluminium to copper joints wherever required & it shall be of approved make & quality. 8) All MCCB feeders shall have 'ON', 'OFF', 'Auto trip'. T.V. point wiring complete with RG-6 solid co-axial copper conductor cable from spliter provided near staircase area in 25mm dia PVC (HMS) conduit in slab/wall or on the surface of slab/wall with G.I spacers & saddles fixed with nylon plugs, wood screws with all conduit accessories, suitable MS pull boxes/junction boxes, complete with modular T.V. socket outlet in readymade 18 SWG CRCA sheet zinc chromate passivated brass earthing studs etc as required with connections at both ends all as per the instruction of E.I.C
Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of RG-11 solid co-axial copper conductor cable in 25mm dia PVC (HMS) concealed conduit in slab/wall or on the surface of slab/wall with G.I. spacers & saddles fixed with nylon plugs, wood screws with all conduit accessories, suitable M.S. pull boxes / junction boxes complete with connections at both ends (Between spliter to spliter / amplifier box) as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply & installation of MS Box of 160 X 160 X 100 mm deep made of minimum 18 SWG thick CRCA sheet for T.V. antenna spliter box (concealed type ) with 4 way splitter with power pass & with knock-outs & front door with concealed hinges, locking arrangements complete with name plate, painting, and as per instruction of E-I-C.

Design, fabrication, manufacture, assembly, delivery to site, installation, testing, commissioning and handing over of 800 kg (10 passenger) lift having contract speed of 1.0 m/s serving different floors in the existing lift shaft as per detailed specifications enclosed, lift rules, IS , as per instructions of E-I-C and as under : 1. Machine room less with gearless electric drive 2. Duty load : Min 640 kg 3. Speed : 1.0 m/s 4. Floors served : 4 5. Travel :20 m (approx) 6.Stops & opening : 4 (same side). 7. Controller : A.C. variable voltage & variable frequency with closed loop control. 8. Operation : Microprocessor based Simplex / duplex full collective with /without attendant. 9. Power - 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wires system 10. Type of doors : a) Car : Power operated, centre opening horizontal sliding stainless steel doors in honeycomb/ SS vandal proof finish with sandwich construction. b) Landing doors : Centre opening horizontal sliding stainless steel doors in honeycomb / SS vandal proof finish with sandwich construction. c) Tamper proof infra-red full width and full height of the opening with protective leading edge device as backup protection. 11. Lift car floor: Granite flooring of approved pattern. 12. Automatic rescue device complete with dry maintenance free batteries as required. 13. BMS compatible feature in elevator controller as per specifications.
