Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse river sand/manufactured sand: 8 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water, oil, liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches, etc. complete at all levels as per standard specifications but excluding the cost of shuttering, and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for foundation / levelling course etc.

Cement block masonry work in CM 1:6 using good quality, approved cement blocks including charges for conveying, scaffolding charges etc. as per departmental instructions for super structure walls up to 5 m height from ground level/floor level, excluding cost of cement

RCC work in 1:1½:3 nominal mix using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc.complete but excluding cost of form work & reinforcement works- For foundation footings, bottom & sides of trenches, equipment foundations, plinth beams, lintels, slabs, columns & beams etc.up to 15 m from ground level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. if required and removal of form for edges of slab.

Supplying, fabricating, conveying, and fixing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with high strength deformed bars of Fe500D/550D grade Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars conforming to IS 1786 including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position, and supplying & tying with black annealed tying wire of 16 gauge, etc. complete.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia

Supplying, laying and jointing with solvent cement, Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985 Class V (10 Kg/cm2 pressure rating) for water lines with all required PVC specials, such as Tees, bends, elbow, union, reducer,threaded fittings, clamps etc. if required. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.complete for 63mm OD Pipe.

Supplying, laying and jointing with solvent cement, Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985 Class V (10 Kg/cm2 pressure rating) for water lines with all required PVC specials, such as Tees, bends, elbow, union, reducer,threaded fittings, clamps etc. if required. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.complete for 150 mm OD Pipe.

Providing and fixing 6 inch gun metal gate valve as per ASME B16.34 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge at all levels for connection to NP Plant as per drawing.

Providing and fixing 2 inch gun metal gate valve including all accessories, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge at all levels as per drawing.
